simi valley is like 50!minutes away from los angeles and 35 min from san fernando valley. How is a house so far from the city cost over 1,000,000 it’s absolutely outrageous

What a wonderful property and remodel. I've been on that street before and it's very calm, peaceful, and quiet. But I wonder if the house has a laundry room since it wasn't shown or talked about.
