When i was in game development i just put a camera on the opposite side of said mirror and it followed a mirrored angle/position of the player camera. After that i just put the image on a plane and moved on. (it wasnt very good but it was a ok effect.)

When gaming has interactive mirrors, the game is automatically better, but yet game developers still have that old fashioned sense of development, and they absolutely refuse to do what's necessary to make a good game... Game developers nowadays are greedy and lazy, they only care about making as much money as possible, and if they need to cut corners to do so they'll cut corners. They never take their time and there are very few game developers nowadays that actually do take their time... CD project red is one of them... Cyber punk 2077, is an excellent example when cyber punk first release, it was a complete shit show, it was a disaster. It was barely playable, but because CD project red actually cares about their game and actually cares about their fans, they fix the game within a year and it's become top 20 games on steam with a few exceptions.... That new Warhammer 40 k is an excellent example, they put all the time, effort and creativity into that game and it is the top game on Xbox... And not an understatement, it really is the top game on Xbox and only reason why it's top game on the Xbox is because the developers actually care about what they're making without following some woke agenda or cutting corners to make it easier 🤣😂🤣

I was trying to think of games I play that have mirrors in them but like… this has made me realize that somehow none of them do?? (for reference I play Horizon Zero Dawn and Forbidden West, Day Of Dragons, The Isle, Minecraft) and the only game I think I’ve ever played that had a mirror in it was UNDERTALE (in the Laboratory)

I know it’s not a modern one and has probably been beat out technically 100000 fold but the one that blew me away as a kid was the original Duke Nukem 3D bathroom mirrors

Absolute Radiance is definitely the hardest out of all these. You can absolutely cheese malenia with some builds. In hollow knight you at least need skill to cheese the boss, and even then beating every single boss hitless is a necessaty to achieve a secret in the game. So makes it actually part of the game which makes it the hardest boss.

Vordt of the Boreal Valley Was trying Souls game for the first time, My rig is kinda weak and I played on HDD, so it's about 40 to 50 seconds load time every time I died. Getting poked by knight and spearman mob during the salty runback made me lost my shit every time cuz I'll have to fight with less health

The hardest boss I defeat is malenia in the elden ring. I died 7 times to defeat it.

Didn't even mention the hardest bosses from their respective games. Dark eater midir or game for dark souls and promised consort radahn for elden ring

king dice is like the hardest boss i have fought because i tried to win about ten times but i lost every singe time so i started to punch my table (normal rage stuff) then i pressed the shut down button on my computer and forced shut down everything then my dad asked me why i was so angry and i was gonna show him king dice i went in to cuphead and what do i see 0% on every save file all my 20h of progress gone
