Amazingly rare performance of I Am the Light By The White Buffalo. Jake Smith -guitar and vocals, Christopher Hoffee - bass and Matt Lynott "The Machine" on drums. The energy of the band and crowd was tremendous. This was amazing to behold.

he's getting some killer tone on that strat.
Timing is off... tone is pretty decent. Hard to play w as much passion as Stevie, no one can. I like that u added your own flavor, didn't go off tune too much and didn't have too many mistakes. Guitar players who have played for decades such as myself can hear all the mess-ups. Try heavier guage strings... u won't go off tune too much.
Tommy is like that. Sometimes his timing and phrasing seems perfect. Other times it's like he can't quite get it in gear. Meanwhile Stevie was literally NEVER off.
I'm sorry but this is bad criticism, you're literally the stereotype of the guy who sits on the couch and tells the football players to play better. Have you seen every single gig that Stevie did, or Hendrix for that matter, I'm not so sure. It's live music, it's rarely perfect but it's not meant to be.
@@roderickbalt8993 You'd literally have to hire a private detective to find Stevie on an off night... and I'd bet my life you'd still come up short. Even when he was smashed out of his gord he played like his life depended on it. It's a rare trait, but some people just have that gift. Tommy is good... really good, but he doesn't have Stevie's level of perfectionism and intensity.

I can't believe This band is playing "shit" gig's like this. Not to down play the GIG! But he is SRV. He's comin' up to Canada if I ever win the lottery.
He's the best I've heard in that style since SRV. Being in Texas seen them about 40 times.
