Aaron is amazing and has studied alchemy and Schwaller deeply. I would recommend his book Alchemical Traditions, which has many interesting essays on alchemy, by himself and other authors. Aaron has some fascinating things to say about Alchemical Salt. I would also highly recommend the book Al-Kemi by Andre Vandenbroek on Scwhaller and of course Fulcanelli's Mystery of the Cathedrals and Dwellings of the Philosopher's, should you wish to delve further and deeper into the matrix of alchemy. I see profit motive and hierarchy as incongruent with Spirituality. Alcholics Anonymous's minimal structure is a great model to draw on for creating a spiritual group with integrity.

I had the blessing of studying with Grandmaster Totton and a few other Masters. Do you know why many who meditate observe their breathing. This is a very profound practice . One's breathing is in the now, and exercises observation rather than thinking, which helps create inner silence. Observing one's breath calms and slows the breathing which has an affect of calming the mind. One's breath is what connects our Spiritual self to this temporary physical body. No breath and one's physical body will die. (Unless one has reached the breathless state in which the breathing is either very shallow and non perceptible or stops for short periods living off of Gods energy.) This practice teaches one to live in the now instead of their thinking mind most of time, and will not miss many things life put in front of them, they would have before. They will have greater and more accurate perception, awareness, peace, expanding love, bliss and more. Although God is omnipresent, our highest self is not what we observe whether our temporary physical body, a thought (when the thought stops, our awareness does not stop), a tree, nor are we the lower chatty egoic mind and memory. We are the awareness of all of those. Or existence, awareness, and peace/bliss. (Spirit) In a very still lake, there is calmness and peace. From that calmness and stillness, it is easy to see where the wave starts (thoughts) and it's effects. My Spiritual teacher used to say to me -"To realize who you truly are is the exact reverse process of creation." For that one generally needs a teacher who has done this successfully.

I have noticed that when she is talking during meditation, zoom or podcast those blue eyes pierce through your being and Eckhart Tolle does the same thing but I come away totally at peace and relaxed understand more and more after each video.

Dance I got.

This idea is not new. I don't know why they are saying it is. I had cancer back in the middle, late 80's. I knew then it had nothing to do with anything we knew at the time. In fact Louise Hay, 1984, was saying the same thing. I find it fascinating how people think they invented something new. Her mentor Ernest Holmes "Science of the Mind" written in 1938 was saying the same thing. Not new. But...we as humans love to reinvent the wheel. Not sure why we do this, but we do this.....all the time. Our trauma is stored on a soul level as well. We bring in a couple of life times, unresolved issues, to clear in any particular life. We carry our ancestors 'stuff' as well. I had cancer 3 times and the 2nd and 3rd times had nothing to do with the stress of the moment or even a recent moment.

“Follow the numinous. Our resolutions of our central issues are not found in cures or solutions as much as the engagement with the numinous. How do I solve life’s dilemmas? You live them as faithfully and honestly as you can. It’s the best you can do.”

The end of knowledge and search is a story. There was never a beginning of knowledge or quest. What appears and whether something appears remains timelessly unknown. THAT...is the end of the seemingly alternating states of happiness and unhappiness. Of good and bad. The one for whom it would be relevant which of the two states arises is the illusion.

'It is all emptiness' is too dry. Too absolute. 'It is all real' is too wet. Too relative. There is an in-between which embraces both. 'Death is an illusion' is an essential understanding which leads to a celebratory life. No need to get stuck in the absolute since life abundantly invites us to celebrate and dance our dance, together.

I wonder if it is our running away from the abyss of meaninglessness that drives much evil but I also wonder if the readiness to apathy that a meaningless life engenders allows much evil. Figuring this out is driving me mental!

Pregiveness/Forgiveness spectrum or polarity is basic Heiros Gamos dance of opposites that create a sacred third of co-creation. This phenomenon is like a golden thread that runs through everything in past. present future that swings far and wide to come full circle and begins again, again and again. A fundamental principle expressed in vastly lesser and greater complexities across the universality of the lure of becoming. “ On earth as it is in heaven… Give us this day our daily bread and forgive us our debts as we forgive our debtors.” The Forgiveness is Pregiven The Journey is the destination The map is not the territory as we travel the road less trodden.
