Instead of today(), I want to use the last date of the data as reference

How would you define the color steps based on a calculated field target instead of defining the start/center and end in the UI? If sales target is 200, actual sales is 100 or less.... then it shows red. If its 101 to 199, it shows yellow, if its 200+ it shows green. If profit target is 120, actual profit is 40 or less.... then it shows red. If its 41 to 119, it shows yellow, if its 120+ it shows green. The solution described seems would only work with fixed ranges of the data.

There has to be another approach to this... this makes the data very ugly as it displays 'True' in the results/dashboard. Trying to get hide the 'True' value from the results is entire separate battle..

I guess you have made a bit confusing. This is very simple step and don't require so many actions filters.

chart is dynamic but the axis is not, like year shows 1/1/2020, month shows 1/1/2020, day shows the same thing just different spacing
