So after all the 3 sirens north of Eau Claire, I decided to head down to this Sterling or better know as a Y-10. I had this on my list for a while but never got round to it. The funny part is when I was pulling up to the siren, I saw that the 16 port side horn had broken off and was just sitting in the cage with the siren. Could be fixable with some hot welding
It's folded together with a joint bead. You'd just have to stick the front end of the horn back in place and hammer the seam shut, then pop rivet it for good measure

According to literature, the Code Sirens are apparently seperate models from the Ms as well. When they introduced them in 1926, they originally didn't share any parts with the Ms aside from fans and horns. I don't know where Y10 even came from, I actually don't know if these ever had a designation past just being the "Sterling Code Siren"
