Can Marital Misconduct Impact Divorce Proceedings?
Super informative and even entertaining! I enjoyed this!
Delusional
I was 9 when i got called into the school counselor's office. She told me my parents r getting a divorce and put emphasis on it's not my fault. I remember thinking, "is this lady nuts? I'm 9, of course it's not my fault!"
So glad you didn't feel that way! Divorce can be so confusing for kids!
Great show!
My child’s school have provided me with everything I needed and I’m the father. Go to either the school district office and request grades, attendance, and behavior reports for the last 3 schools years. That’s information can give a clear picture of what going on with your kid.
Great explanation of the process. It sounds simple but there is always an emotional cost to divorce.
This shit dead

Do you offer pro bono for post separation support due to cheating and abandonment? And / or to charge the fees to the cheating spouse?
this is so sad bc the Government should not FORCE its way into your marriage. we should have a CHOICE to be recognized without asking the Gov for permission or involving the Gov.
🙈
I've noticed that school will say they "dont want to get involved" but will still actively prevent the father from being involved.
I'm preparing for my first interview as a paralegal. This is very helpful! It is reassuring to hear this discussion about the expectations and key tasks so that I can tailor my responses to interview questions with my own experiences. Thank you both very much!
Definitely going to do my homework and report this law firm to the bar. They will lie and do anything to win in court. This is a racist law firm
This is a racist law firm and they have no problem lying in court on black men. I'm glad her husband dead. Karma for your lies. God sees everything
This lady is racist piece of crap. I'm so glad her husband died. Karma for all your lies you miserable woman
This lady is the devil in disguise. There is a special place in hell for her. She came to family court and lied on me. She said I inappropriately touch my daughter. I'm a grown man having sex with grown women. I would never touch a child. I said I would take a lie detection test but she declined that bc the truth would have made look stupid but bc I'm a tall black man with a beard I guess I'm guilty. They literally had and still no evidence bc it simply didn't happen. Never trust a lawyer there job is to lie and I pray soul burns in hell
Before filing for emergency custody, do you have to file a petition for visitation?
Hi Mary. That's a great question. The answer to that question would constitute legal advice. Therefore, only an attorney can answer that question for you. If your matter is in North Carolina and in a county that we practice in, please give our office a call at 919-719-3470 so we can get a little bit more information to set up an initial consultation to get your questions answered. Thanks for tuning in!
Before that One bad Apple spoils the bunch
What about a parent refusing to allow young child use his inhalers (rescue and control) and doesnt bring their inhalers when they leave the house with the child and send him to school sick and has 3 dogs 2 cats a rabbit 4 birds and several big lizzards in the house and in his room and cat sleeps with him and he has asthma so bad he has missed 11 out the last month of school? And the have a child abuse charge pending for knocking him out (7 yrs old) of course the parent denies everything but there is video evidence. Cus cps thinks i make this all look worse then it is. But fact is its bad no matter how much someone tries to minimize and rationalize it. A kid on inhalers that has a parent with all those animals and wont take any steps to reduce the allergiens from all those animals and the parent also keeps saying they dont believe he has asthma and also knew they could get an appt with allergist for allergy testing any day before the scheduled date that was 50 days away, by asking for a cancellation spot but they didnt and they instead tried to interfere with me getting him an earlier appointment. Son now says he is depressed cuz he and that parent fight every single day at their house. He was with me every day for 1.5 yrs till mid sept when i filed child abuse charges for knocking him out cuz the judge advised tk follow written order but they hadnt followed it since day one and majorly since covid. Our child has begged to come back home to live with me like he has for so long he doesnt remember ever being with her more then me. I have attorney but idk what she is thinking but i believe i have circumstances that fit into this statute. We have trial in next 2 months but i was there when he was having an asthma attack and she looked in her car fir his inhaler and said she didnt know if she had it or not in her car and i ran to get mine and she found iit at the last second and still was trying to tell him to breathe and he doesnt have asthma and doesnt need the inhaler. I had to grab it out if her hand and give it to our son and it helped him instantly.
We have to remember as paralegals , i’m are not” my clothes “, but rather “our clients.”
I love your charisma analogy. I think when you feel good you automatically attract great people. For all the ladies open to trying some online dating during these crazy times and maybe even planning some virtual first dates, Instead of 'how are you?' ask 'What's been the best thing about your week/day?' Spritz some perfume on yourself. Your date may only see you through your screen, but you'll feel completely different when you know you smell good And just have fun :)
My wife and i got Married last year and we have been living happily for a while. We used to be free with everything and never kept any secret from each other until recently everything changed when she got a new Job in NewYork months ago, we have been in a long distance relationship for some months,She has been avoiding my calls and i got suspicious of her cheating.I asked my wife about it and she told me that she is always busy and working ,We had a big argument about it,this went on for long until one day i decided to notify my friend about this and that was how she introduced me to Mr James a PI/Hacker who helped her when she was having issues with her Husband. I never believed he could do it but until i gave him my wife’s Mobile phone number. He proved to me by hacking into my wife’s phone. where i found so many evidence and proof in her Text messages, Emails and pictures that my wife has an affair with her co-worker. I have sent all the evidence to my lawyer. I just want to thank Mr James for helping me because i have all the evidence and proof for my lawyer, You can contact him on Gmail (Worldcyberhackers ) or WhatsApp +12678773020 ,I Feel so sad about infidelity

Chris Hicks is one of the BEST LISTENING Attorneys I’ve ever met. I am really lucky to have found him after a very long time of searching for an Attorney but maybe that was just part of the bigger plan anyway. 🙏 Hire him. You won’t regret it.
