Lmao what a joke Pakistan you gotta choose who's your real father. One day you say it's the turkic invaders, other day it's the Arabic invaders, and even other days you say it's the Persians. You oppress Hindus, mock idolatry and deny your hindu past but you are quick to claim the Harappan civilization. Harappan people were idol worshippers. Now how the dafaq does that work. If your abba was turkic, go find the civilization under the turkic land. I bet when they actually discover something in those turkic lands, you'll be the first to claim their heritage as your own. Stop claiming civilizations over stolen land. Ever seen Americans calling themselves descendants of Mayans or Aztecs? Muslim invasion of this stolen land began in 1000 ACE. that's very recent compared to the Harappan culture which is 5000 to 10000 years old. The people of the IVC followed a proto Hinduism religion. they worshipped multiple gods like pashupati, goddesses, even worshipped cows and oxes, nature. Hindus in the Indian subcontinent still follow rituals which existed tens of thousands of years back in the Harappan culture regions. The IVC people would be aghast to see what happened to their land. Some other facts: Mohenjodaro is not the largest site. It's actually Rakhigarhi. The fact is one Google search away. Mohenjodaro actually is one of the first sites to be discovered. There are actually other layers of settlement under the Mohenjodaro and a few other sites. Harappan civilization is more than 5000 years old. It's actually around 8000 years old at the least. It didn't just spawn out of thin air in 2500 bc. But it was at its peak at the time. Advance civilization like that takes a lot of time to develop. Though history is not based on assumptions so don't worry we'll soon uncover the other layers underneath and present factual records. New sites are being discovered almost every year. This comment is not meant to be derogatory to the rational Pakistani people, instead it's in response to a lot of hate comments on yt and twitter mocking indians for claiming their IVC ancestry.
