How to print 3 bottles at the same time
The maximum length supported on MO-240 Rotary device is 540mm. This allows you to print uo to 3 bottles of 17.5 cm in one go. Using tail stoppers you will make sure that you keep always the origin point and you will be able to print multiple copies in a simple way.

Do you know how to fix the graininess of the print?
Grainisess use to be caused by the quantity of optimizer or if you have an excess of ink. Have you tried to reduce or increase the optimizer from Versaworks ?
El trabajo esta compuesto de 4 ficheros/capas pero en el caso de la LG lo podemos lanzar en 3 porque tiene cabezal del blanco en escalera. Primero debes enviar el fichero con la imagen que quieres que sea visible cuando se encienda la luz por detrás, volvemos hacia el punto de origen y lanzamos el fichero que tiene una capa de 20% de negro y blanco. Esto lo lanzamos como cmyk-> blanco, de esa forma encima de la imagen ya impresa imprimiremos una capa gris para bloquear la luz y encima del gris una capa blanca. Finalmente imprimimos el trabajo con la imagen que queremos que se vea cuando no hay luz trasera!
