Thomas "Myles" Feltenberger is a sound artist and musician from the Chicagoland area, currently based in Vancouver. Their practice focuses primarily on sampling and synthesis to create dense soundscapes, often moving between genres and worlds. As a part of the Apollo’s Harp collective, they produce beat-based music under the moniker “Veltenhill.”

A collaboration between Henri and myself. We met a little over a year ago, at which time I made this track using only samples of voice, which were then manipulated and designed in Ableton. On the other side of the world (Berlin), Henri recorded short clips, and then sent them to me to be processed through a Max MSP patch. 💜

New Max patch test with a new beat. The beat is all stem separation sampling from a demo a few friends sent a while back. @Ableton is my DAW of choice for mangling and rearranging samples and @SeratoHQ Sample VST is my go-to for stem separation.

Interesting works, can the video be processed from a live feed? Not sure you are asking the right question about art being marketable, art always finds it's market if it truly is art.
The video can be processed through a live feed: when i perform with similar visuals, i sometimes use my phone as a webcam to input video into Max MSP

Bro, I really love this shit, i hope you keep up with this man. I'm definitely feeling you with what you were saying about Spotify. I've actually not put out any music in a while partially because of that. I've been trying to send my stuff over to labels to see if that's a better use of my time but haven't had to much luck with getting them to sign anything. But I guess I could probably say the same thing about the plugins i use as well, Haven't exactly made my money back on what i payed for serum either, lmao
