We do a lot of small engine repairs for personal use and to flip. We fix ATVs, inboards and outboards, small engines like lawnmowers, snowblowers, and generators. We fix up abused boats as well. When the pull start rope is worn out or too short you need to replace it. When you pull the spool out you risk having the spring jump out of place.
