I am quitting again and on day 7. I smoked yesterday and my chest hurts like crazy and i have headaches. Barely can eat or keep food down. This is what withdrawal from 20 yrs of smoking can do to you.

So, after all these years how are you doing? Did you successfully quit? I tried quitting cold turkey a while ago, for a month, but couldn't deal with bad headaches, extreme tiredness and stomach cramps. What I found to be of great help was Nicotine gum. I'm planning on using it for 12 weeks, until my body no longer feels the need for Nicotine.

I don't want to be like some of these jerks down here in the comments but I do want to make a point. First of all, airsoft was invented and developed in Taiwan, not Japan. Also airsoft bbs are generally white. These are just small details and doesn't really matter, though. Airsoft will not put an eye out as long as the player is wearing full seal eye protection. Most fields require these but some idiots play airsoft in their backyard or something without proper protection. At that point it is their fault. Airsoft generally does not cause welts, for like paintball there is a minimum engagement distance. Guns shooting harder can only be used at longer distances. Even though it does not leave welts, you know when you got hit. It stings, as if someone flicked you with a rubber band. And airsoft IS based on the honor system. You can cheat and not call yourself out, but that is the fastest way to get everybody to hate you or get kicked off the field. I hope I didn't offend but I also hope I cleared up any misunderstandings.

The only way someone could get hurt (which people have been) is if they are now using proper protection and breaking the law by running out in public with them. Remember people need to wear eye protection (made for airsoft) at all legal us fields
