Nice video. I have the majority of LIS Robot figures ever released, including the Mexican toy, the Brazilian "mail away" figure, the Japanese AHI toy, a couple of the old Remco robots, the Trendmasters versions (including the "giant" Sam's Club exclusive), several of the Diamond Select versions, etc. I also have the large Masudaya figure, as well as the small, and I really loved your paint job on the small one (actually it IS fairly accurate to the anti-matter robot).

The description says it all - it's a brief video on Robby the Robot that I have in my collection - the stills at the beginning are just for reference - not sure why you considerate it 'rubbish' but thank you for the comment. If you want to clarify that would be cool as I am always looking for ways of improving my videos

Yup many years ago - I wanted a 'action' scene and this worked for me

It's a great kit does come with a matching scale Robot I am looking forward to finding a 1/35 scale kit but finding it in Australia is proving difficult.

It's a great kit if I have one complaint it would be the scale - it's 1/25th which makes it in the same scale as most Car kits which means there are a lot of 'accessories' out there to add some flavour to the kit.

I wanted a really battle worn aged ship but also the weathering brings out a lot of details

Here in Canada the pilot episode was released in to theaters before it was shown on TV. Fantastic to see on the big screen! I went to see it several times.

I was surprised at the size difference bwteen original and reboot - like you I love them both but the Original had that certain something that the newer version lacks - I love the scene in the original when a Clylon Raider flies down and over the Galactica in a straffing run - brilliant - sometimes the old effect are the best!

John Dykstra and company put a LOT of work into the original. As for BSG-75, a good deal of her was done with a WHOLE bunch of computer work.

@@thequietroomfiles9731 Yes, agreed. I think it is hard to gauge scale unless there is a clear reference. Now I appreciate the sense to not put the Bridge of a war ship easily shot at by enemies there is something epic about seeing it on that original ship. I am a child of the 80's, but we did not really have Battlestar Galactica on TV in my area, so I had very limited exposure to the show. I did however take great pleasure in attempting to build a Lego Battlestar Galactica when I was about 8 years old. Good times. Anyways, thanks for the video. Good luck with the next project

best place is probably Ebay although try conventions and Collectors fairs

originally I was planning a series called 'Dust is not your friend' and that white stuff is DUST - they are before and after shots - the poor Batwing was ontop of a few plastic display cases and I hadn't dusted in a while - as you can see!

@@thequietroomfiles9731 I wonder what that would be like if it was a real vehicle and I would imagine redesigning it and modifying it with more powerful weapons and gadgets to be featured in the Batwing that could play a part in any Batman movie I could make in future and I sure hope it will be something as the basis for a vehicle to reuse in future films

Part of the reason that I post things here is that kits like this are becoming harder and harder for me to build due to age and health - I love building kits and collecting and thought that I would share

so true and the hypocrisy of those types who after .'abusing' parents and children then return to inside the house and watch their favourite U.S TV show or movie, listen to their favourite U.S music and order their favourite U.S fast food all the time ranting about how 'un Australian' Halloween is.
