There are many takes in what the mark of the beast actually is. We can’t say for certain but there are still some stuff we can glean from here and there

Yes, it's so difficult to study the Bible when there are so many different takes. Saturday Sabbath is the only thing I'm convinced about.

​@cprince10 hey which bibles are you currently reading? Everyone is gonna have different views but I believe the main commandments is in there, thats why the world is deliberately set up against them to make people not follow them. But that's just my opinion

Yes I agree, although some denominations like to change the commandments! My knowledge on the mark of the beast isn't great either that's why I'm eager to understand Revelation 13.

@Luke-ofStoke-Factor Do you feel defeated? You know Luke, with every ending is a new beginning. Sometimes we have to cut our losses and look towards the horizons. Think of what a legend would do, they would take the beating and then come back up. Think of it like this, uber eats for some people is an extra income. Please don't starve, is there a way you can apply for help? Claim benefits or something? Don't be afraid to get the help you deserve to have. It's also good that you applied for jobs. You are not a failure. Anything you have done before, you can do it again.

It sounds like you have this interesting life where you meet people on different walks of life. But I can also relate to you, as I do find it hard to create a community of people who are seeking to go on that path to let go and let God. To leave their old lifestyle and to find a new one. Maybe sometimes we have to be around those who are still trying to find their life. I think it's beautiful that you read in the garden. I took my bible in the sunny garden 3 days ago and it felt so healing. What books are you currently reading? I'm so curious now. Do you think that prevention of being able to go to the festival may have been protecting you from something happening? I understand that fear of missing out. It makes you look back and wish you went. I think it's beautiful that people still make time for you. Especially in such a busy world. @@tanyarenaissance8829 There's a book swop table at the local bus stop so I'll try anything! I've just read Quartermain by Ryder Haggard (who wrote King Solomon's Mines). They're old school African Adventure but have a strong Christian ethos. I like Marina Lewycka, especially 'Two Caravans' about migrant fruit pickers in Kent. Lyndsey Davis writes funny Roman detective novels - the Falco series, and I read an interesting book 'Frozen Silence' about a deaf girl who travels with her mum through the Artic looking for her dad. I do indeed feel Yah has allowed my illness to take me out of my old circle. Maybe one day I'll get my physical and emotional confidence back to be in the crowd again. It's hard though as witnessing at fesi's is tricky....you need to ensure ppl know what repentance is about, but dont want to be a 'downer' at one of the only social events many attend. Maybe Yah has a new path for me. If you're ever in Herefordshire, feel welcome to visit or stay!
