These are not good. You gain bone density by stressing the bone, causing it to adapt and become stronger. Some exercises that actually would help increase bone density are: explosive push-ups (arms) Weighted back/front squats (back and legs) And explosive jumping (legs) Impact and weight cause stress, which causes your body to adapt. If you want actual progress, this principle is key.

How it works
My doctor told me to do wall push-ups 2 minutes every hour during the day. I would guess that, as a minimum, to do each exercise in this video for 2 minutes twice/day.

I love this, so cute and accurate. Training while fasting is pretty sweet, the power you feel is awesome. Id fast before 5 days a week and train 6 days a week and its worked out for me 💪🤘
