The new black inc wheels say the are mini hooked. But what does this mean? Did you check it out when installing tge tires?
You can use any tire you want. You can go with tubes or tubeless and you do not have to follow European Tyre and Rim Technical Organisation standard since they are not hookless rims.

I would have went with shimano if they had removable batteries but the batteries die after 750km not far enough for some of my rides so I went with sram
