一個家庭種兩棵就夠，移地後，由它隨地走，藤蔓每節會在泥地吸取養份，可搭架隨意爬，秧苗時見到分枝長幾呎出就剪咗主枝，這樣就有子蔓孫蔓不断生長，我以前種五棵，打瓜就摘，留養份給下幾個，有時種到廿幾三十隻，太多好煩惱，常常問人家要嗎？現在今年種兩棵有八隻，留種種最後兩三隻，到下霜前好收摘，今年英國十一月初好凍巳經收摘起，瓜皮厚厚可留待明年吃。打搗晒。
