Hello, this is the first time in my life that I'm going to install a custom ROM. My Redmi Note 8 is a secondary cell phone, but it crashes A LOT and the battery drains even more. Can you tell me which ROM is best for this? Please note that it is not my main use, it is something like using ifood, tiktok and such. I just want a fluid experience with better battery life.
If you want fluid experience go with the aosp roms like Lineage os, aospa, arrow os, pixel experience, evolution x rom, But in my opinion you should go with AOSPA rom. It works great and has tons of features and customisations.

You just simply install the ported gcam. Do not install anx cam it will brick your phone.

It might work but data decryption didn't work on pixel recovery. So you have to flash via twrp or OrangeFox recovery

hi dude, I have a problem when I was checked the fast mode devices there is no response from the cmd program like showing random numbers like u did
Bro you just need to install adb drivers properly and latest version of Android platform tools. If you got the random numbers like mine than you have to follow the steps given in the video.
My power button is faulty, so unable to do fastboot. Not problem going into recovery mode though. Any idea whether can i still flash the rom?
If you already installed custom recovery then you can flash the rom without any problem.💯
I am on Redmi stock rom, never install any custom recovery before
Try to reboot into fastboot via USB debugging and adv commands . First you need to unlock the bootloader to flash custom recovery. Then you just simply flash the custom rom.

Latest firmware always recommend. For daily use it's very stable and smooth and I didn't found any bugs yet. You can use only third party camera apps like gcam port.

You can easily got SOT 5 to 6 hour. You can use magisk module in pixel experience rom to fix battery drain.
