Redefining What World Class Presenting Looks Like
Perhaps it’s to be seen as the real you, authentic without the need to perform, closing the gap between who you really are & who you’re being seen as. Perhaps you need tools that allow you to take ownership of your audience journey, to feel like you’re the conductor of the experience
I understand that for most presenters & this is probably true of any craft, you want the way it looks & feels in your head & heart to be how it looks & feels when doing it, your talent to match your ambition
Authenticity & connecting to the audience are 2 things I believe any presenter wants more than any other, for without these our work is transactional. Authenticity gives our audience permission to be the same & that's where the magic happens
While many presenter’s become good
Some also become Great
Then there’s a unique few who have a desire to push the boundaries & become something truly special
This is for you
A new kind of world class

A Working Holiday, Cambodia with Andrew Eggelton
A TV documentary with Andrew Eggelton in Cambodia on a once in a lifetime adventure. In 2006 Andrew was offered the opportunity to experience living in Cambodia and explore it's history, people and culture. There was just one catch, he also had to coach the Cambodian rugby team and have a camera crew with him at all times. What could possibly go wrong?
With an open mind and sense of adventure, Andrew set out to share what we might call, 'A Working Holiday'.

How the Heart Brain can be used when Presenting
Переглядів 51Місяць тому
When most speakers talk about speaking from the heart they tend to mean off the cuff or perhaps without preparation. Presenting while using the Heart Brain is not this, it's far from it. When we have a balance of the technical and the feeling we have a potent mix on stage and camera...let me explain. Words and sentences from this place feel different, they have more weight to them and our audie...

A tool for authentic presenting on stage or camera
Переглядів 437 місяців тому
Here’s 1 small tool that makes a giant difference to your Authenticity on stage or camera. Michael Angelo once said when he created the statue of David he simply stripped everything away that wasn’t David. This is what we need to learn to do when we present. I’ve not shared the 1st step of 'The Eggelton Presenting Methodology' for a long time so here you go.

cambadia is an amazing place, amazing people, heartbreaking history. after 6 years working and travelling in south east asia and europe cambodia is my favourite. 5 stars
It's got a lot going for it hasn't it? It's starting to modernize now but still has its charm
a holiday in cambodia.
have a look at some of the accommodation on booking sites, the value for money is unbelievable and the country is amazing

Great message about the connection with the audience, starting with what the speaker truly deeply authentically wants to share. Love your approach and passion.
Hey, great job this sounds like it’s all based on Celestine Dessike's Words of Desire. And yes, that’s the material you need to have him resonating with erotic electricity at your will. Sounds like too much IK, but just for the basics it's worth go'ogling her ;)
Love this :)
This explains the joy in my life, when i get it right
The balance of the head, being the technical and the heart brain, being more the 'feeling'. I think this is where the magic happens.
Gorgeous!!!

You have good material but you need to improve your audio. Invest in some good mics.
Thank you William, noted. Is there a mic you would suggest?
@@andreweggeltonpresenting Sorry, but I can't make a recommendation because every sound setting is unique. You might try a lav mic but it is prone to picking up movement sounds. A shotgun mic is good if you have good breath control but if you pop your p's it is disastrous. There are lots of videos on studio setup that you might watch. Or pick a creator whose production you like and ask them what they are using. Good luck.
Totally agree Andrew. We're swamped by information. The challenge we now have is finding information we can trust, and that comes from trusted sources who we feel connected to. The presence you speak about is vital to achieving that connection.
Love your work Andrew:) Are you doing anything in Australia this year.
I sure am Michelle…later in the year, around September/ October
