Making and filling a wood kiln
In this video I make a wood kin out of a old fridge. I fill the kiln with some wood I salvaged from a firewood pile. I'm told it is cedar but not to confident in that info.

Wood turning a Christmas tree
Переглядів 3,2 тис.3 роки тому
Wood turning a small Christmas tree out of a piece of branch wood unsure of the type of wood, another roadside gem. This is a really easy project for those people looking for a woodturning project for Christmas. Also great for gifts could even be made into a tree ornament by drilling a small hole in the top.
Wood turning a live edge bowl

Wood turning a live edge crotch bowl from another unknown species. Was hoping to get more of a flame pattern on this bowl but unfortunately the best of the figure is on the bottom of the bowl.
Wooden tealight candle holder
Переглядів 16 тис.3 роки тому
Another small woodturning project made a bunch of tealight candle holders out of a unknow piece of wood (another kerbside gem). Was hoping to make a larger candle holder but did not have enough wood when I got it to round. I wanted to use some glass tealights instead but couldn't source in time.
Turning a fist of spinning tops

Woodturning five conceptual spinning tops. Unknown wood, just another kerbside gem. The paperweight spins on its side unintended but it works.

I cannot believe this video doesn’t have 200xs more views and likes. I’ve not seen anyone else do such a large planter and show the step by step. You have been robbed sir.

Nice work. Love how you turn things out of firewood, but hope you save some of that for heat. Love the creativity on your editing. Turn on.

I mean in my experience pretty much every type of wood turns far easier when green or at least a little wet.

Hi I appreciate your great work and your great humor. I think we should appreciate everything related to wood since they are very useful and not only serve to burn them. great job. thank you.

Haha! Love the ending. And the whole idea of cutting a bunch of different candle holders from a single log. Can't wait until I can break out my lathe again in a few weeks.
