Though i agree they are different games, coming from both i cant say valorant is harder mechanically. For supers defense he is a tank player and doesnt rely on aim as much as a HS player. (Also the fact most overwatch pros are now also valorant. Like Sinatraa (i was suprised to see him pro in val even after all the shit in his overwatch years) but he was a dps player and does well in valorant. I think most switching are thrown off by valorants slower paced gameplay, firing error and first bullet accuracy. While for overwatch you have to deal with the variety of movement in the game and the fact you kinda have to move and shoot and know how to unless you wanna be killed And i feel like ranked support esp lower ranks is where saying aim is eaiser because its support (kiri esp tho projectile is kinda op) even if you are bap dpsing you have alot more free room to do so. I am curious of what your dps rank would bring as especially as you climb up the harder it is to aim purley as thats when ppl start moving and using movement abilities smartly. I dont think its necessarily fair to play kiri (and sorry to be rude play kiri kinda poorly) and then say overwatch is easier mechanically when kiri can bottom frag or not even have a kill and still win with heals and suzu ESP in low elo Though im not a hug flick/tap aimer like valorant is known for i do find it easier to hit shots just of the movement of the game (thoygh for things like neon and jett movement i do feel like i have the advantage playing overwatch and used to hitting moving targets like that and even find it easier than the normal gun fights) like i play valorant and overwatch 50/50 and valorant more and i struggle more abilities and line ups more than aim but thats simply because i dont have much hours on certain agents and ablities are also something that takes time learning in overwatch and tracking them to make plays more of an important thing than valorant (more so that they recharge in the team fight and not every round or for signatures every 20-30 seconds or 2 kills)

valorant has baby easy abilities to use but overwatch has slightly easier abilities with TERRIBLE COOLDOWNS that make it hard

I'm diamond in both games. Valorant is majorly about hitting your shots, characters like chamber are good example (Valo has more solo carry potential than ow fs.) ------- Overwatch is more than hitting shots, capturing objectives, CD management. Ult cancels. Disengage, dive. Alot

loved the video! i don't see many overwatch videos ever unless its a troll im sure you've seen the voice trolls and such or beating a streamer its not really gameplay oriented, you did very well, kiri was really good! 15 assists is actually better then some i see which is concerning ngl (i play her too >:D) i do see some improvements but i probably need some as well but overall a good video to eat dinner with lol

high key custom games have so much potential but I think a huge part of the community doesn't really play it? would love to see it in val though

absolutely frying in the rein 1v1s, but hey not too bad. Tbh, tanking in Overwatch 2 is kinda trash rn. Tanks feel super weak and lowkey useless compared to DPS and support. Like, I wanna make big plays and protect my team, but it’s just not happening. It’s hella frustrating and honestly not fun.

Valorant player to ow. It, is. NOT. Easier. Especially if ur more experienced cause the playstyles are completely different. Instead of playing as a team. It more playing with the intention of comboing util for the big plays.

hey, a tips for you to improve is really to deal damage, on kiriko you can heal and while heal is recharging try to hit 1-2 kunai, you did like 10 kunai the whole game. dealing damage force the ennemy to play safer and so you have less to heal since they do less damage. the same concept is for all supports, moira you need to do damage, mercy need to damage boost, bap heal rocket + 2 shoots, zen damage + discord, ana try to pock and place offensive nades. Even on life weaver you need to try to do some damage but it's harder to execute it properly, he's definitly something else in overwatch support cast. But trust me you are going to improve if you start doing damage, it creates direct pressure

As someone who started off with overwatch and went into valorant, it’s so hard to do a slow push or be patient when making plays, as opposed to overwatch where everything is go go go

Overwatch is easier in the metal ranks, but the top level and even the above average level (diamond+) is way harder than Valorant in my opinion. You just need to do so much more and understand more. Valorant demands a lot of aim, some game knowledge and a bit of game sense/positioning. Overwatch demands a lesser amount of aim, but so much more other stuff like cooldown management, waaaaay more game knowledge, better game sense/positioning, ult tracking, communication, awareness for your flanks and the sky, etc. Watching a high level Valorant game feels like watching some gladiators using their combat skills to fight on their own against others. Overwatch is like two pack of wolves fighting. Everyone tries to get a bite on their enemy while being defended by their team mates against the enemy doing the same against them. They aren't directly fighting against each other the whole time. They growl at each other, leap forward for an intimidation bite and get reinforced by their fellow wolves to hold the gained ground. Everybody protects their companions and basically skirmishes until one of the packs goes in for the blood and tries to finally eliminate their weakened and intimidated opponents. This got way to graphical and sounds a bit like an edgy teenager, but you probably understand what I mean.

As an Overwatch player, my friends bullies me that I Play this OW than Valorant, and tbh Im glad people are accepting that Overwatch is harder, the learning process of OW is REALLY Long with exception of VERY Bad teamates.... And with that Challenge I'm proud That I play Overwatch even with the depression this game Give me LMAOO

OW is 100% harder. im not so sure about ow2 but if were comparing ow1 to val, ow is definitely the harder game. ow is a lot more engaging and requires a lot more raw skill and game sense than val. val is a literal snore fest and i placed fairly high elo in both games. i was top 500 back in ow1 and i peaked immo 3 in val and i still think ow was harder

It's basically ALMOST impossible to play mercy (coming from a mercy main) I was actually a decent mercy main until they buffed everyones health and you cant health enough now :((

The pixels being lost is because of your bitrate going down. If obs is going to drop frames it will lower the bitrate of the recording so it is easier to encode and doesnt drop frames

The reality is you can't expect to win unless you also do dmg and get kills/value, unless you're just being carried by your team ^^"

Well the peak over Overwatch is just outrageous. Like seeing what the pro’s are doing is like genuinely mind boggling. The game sense, game knowledge, mechanics in aim and movement, cooldown tracking, ult tracking, compositional understanding… how hard it is to carry relative to other FPS games.

Overwatch has been my favorite multiplayer game since the first one came out in 2016. Last year I started playing Valo and I’m still enjoying it. I think OW and Valo are both difficult but for different reasons. First off, aiming in OW is just totally different from Val. OW aim is more about tracking while Val is more about pre-aiming a certain position and then flicking to the enemy when one of you swings. There are some heroes in OW who do a lot of flicking like Widow, Ashe, or Cassidy (McCree). But the majority of heroes track the target while shooting. OW is much more movement based and the bullet spread doesn’t increase when you move, unlike Val where you get a heavy penalty if you shoot while moving. That’s why I play Neon a lot in Val, because it’s the only character where I feel like I can constantly move around fast like I do in OW. The most frustrating thing about OW is that it’s incredibly difficult to solo carry, even if you’re much better than the enemy because it’s very team-oriented at all times. So solo climbing can be incredibly tilting since it often feels like you can’t do anything to help if your teammates are bad. Val gives you some opportunities for team play, but it’s totally possible to solo carry if your aim and game knowledge is good. Both games are much more fun if you have a full party, but there are a lot of times when OW feels like a full party is required if you want to win.

ow is harder mechanically overall, its just in valo all your mechanics are crazy shots. in ow you dont get to do those crazy shots that often, tho you have to have a very good movement mechanics as well. I would argue about aim being harder if not for the patch which increased projectile size

maaaan cmon goats was sooo goood (tank player bias). it allowed for soo many macro and micro skills to shine and it felt like th emost unique to overwatch experience ever. granted it lasted for waaay to long. metas are supposed to happen and change the game, if everything was stale and everything was playable it would get kinda boring and 1 dimensional. a game is meant to be lik ea hearbeat monitor with ups and downs and goats was an up for a while until i became a down.

High elo players didnt end up beeing placed plat , i was plat last season and placed that asweel, also having played both games, in my opinon overwatch is a lot harder. Depending on the character you play its just as machenically demanding as Valorant for some even more difficult. Overwatch has been around much longer, so the playerbase is further developed. Also Overwatch has much more complicated concepts that you need to master in order to be high elo, in comparison to valorant. Having said that, neither game is easy and league is much harder then both of them
