Just letting you guys know, someone tried the softer rear tires all the way around and the max becomes a rollover machine to the max, lol, this explains Traxxas going with a harder compound rubber for the front tires and probably why it's so uncontrollable on 3s cause the rear tires are ballooning way more than the front, I've never seen two different compounds of tires on a 4x4, doesn't make sense cause the difference in ballooning, probably a last minute fix by Traxxas, or should I say bandaid.

The M2c pistons will help with the bounce . That’s what mine were doing , same as yours . I didn’t think it would make a difference but it did .

We like the long distance natural ramps but use the kcrc ramps for everythjng else . There’s nothing like a good natural long jump where the car is like 10’ high and goes 50-100ft depending on speed 😂. They go for a ways with the right hill . Seems like the ones with a long ramp up do best .
