It is super weird for a company to change their content releases right before the "end" of the story. Has to be driven by a desire to wean off resources. And for moving forward, if Bungie drip-feeds old content (AND MAKES US PAY FOR IT), then I hope the guardians lose and we get to bear "witness". EDIT: As for Timeline Events, how nice of them to let me play only part of the content I paid for. EDIT 2: I love this game.

Don’t let people lie to you PC is by far the best if you have the money. Console is great if you don’t have the money because games are standardized and you know it will run every time. That’s only advantage. That and it’s much easier to test because it’s the same platform. But now that companies are tricky and say, every game can be played at 60 FPS that advantage is quickly vanishing.

Guys I listened to the podcast for the first time yesterday and loved y’all takes. Definitely have a new supporter. I wanted to chime in on the PVP part. Ppl forget in D2 initial launch they tried the E-Sports PVP route and the hardcores hated it. 4v4, double primaries, slow cool downs on abilities, and specials were heavy. It didn’t feel like Destiny quote on quote. They went back to the old model and there are still complaints. To me the only issue is the cheaters that has to be better far as the hardcore obvious cheaters. Everything else is what it is destiny space magic.

1:45:00 I also think the best games are those that come down to the wire. I can’t stop playing when I get those games. I roll or get rolled 5 games in a row, and I turn it off. The argument that cbmm means relaxing games is ignorant of the low skill players. Those games are worse than sweaty. If equally skilled opponents is sweaty, a whole team of players that you can’t beat is significantly worse. That keeps my friends out of pvp. I’ve crawled my way to 1.5 kda, but I still prefer the sweaty survival (sometimes elimination) matches over anything else. Pve doesn’t interest me, and I don’t play for loot either. The better players will stomp me even if I have a better load out, and I stomp worse players even if they’re crutching, so loot is not super important to me for that reason. Just another dad here.

At the 2-hour and 15 minute mark I really have to agree with gator. I have over a thousand hours in D1 and played until December of 2017 of D2. And at the end of season of The chosen I returned back to D2. And even though I was gone all those years I still listened every week to DRP, The Destiny Show and DCP. I never missed an episode and always stayed up to date with the game even though I had not signed into the game for years.

Good to have you guys on youtube. I just got used to that.
