Cool story-In 2006 I was a CM at WDW working food and trash service at the Pop Century Resort. One day when getting off work at 2pm i had plans to meet my roommate(Adam) at Hollywood Studios to see the afternoon Indiana Stunt Show, when i got on the bus there was a short wait before we left for the park so I ended up talking to the other people on the bus, a young family of 4. It was their first Disney trip as a family and only dad had been to WDW before making the trip extra special for mom and the kids! I asked if they had seen the parks yet but shockingly they said they just got to the hotel an hour ago and it was their first time going anywhere in the resort! Knowing Adam was waiting for me in the front row of the show i asked if they wanted their first Disney experience to be watching the stunt show and they said sure not knowing what to expect. I called Adam and told him to save more room and he said it was going to be hard as the seating was going quick but he'll try. We ended up speed walking from the entrance making it just in time. The family got to see the show from the front and since Adam had told the CM's at the show he was waiting for a CM and a first time family, the dad was selected to go up on stage to be part of the show. After the family thanked Adam and myself they told us it was the best start to their family vacation and couldn't ask for any better!

Did you use a dough hook or paddle attachment on the mixer?

Thanks for specifying which mixer speed to use! Almost every recipe on UA-cam leaves that out!
