I've loved hermes belts for the longest time as they are quite versatile. here's a look at the belts I've amassed - including some belts from other brands! sorry it's so rushed towards the end, my phone was running out of battery! enjoy :)

Polène is a brand everyone loves to shop these days, and I jumped on the bandwagon about a year ago.... I just couldnt resist the ingenious shapes and delicious colours! here are my thoughts on the bags I've gotten :)

Not sure why you are comparing it to Celine and Hermes as it is an affordable bag and never claimed it was in the same league as a high end brands. I take on your point about the excess strap when shortening the strap but the smooth vs the box leather is not relevant as you are not going to see that part of the strap and from your review it is a well made bag.

No matter the appearance or the metal parts of the *yutulu* bag, I believe that as long as you are not a professional, you will never see any difference .
I still love my LV reverse monogram LYXBAGS clutch! It's versatile, fits a variety of items, and is definitely a workhorse! I think seeing it everywhere (like the LV speedy) is proof that it's already a classic.
I bought exactly the same bag!!! Love that bag!!! ❤ my only complaint is that the colour is so light, I worry that I may stain it. Enjoy your bag! 😎
@VeryRandomIris I have the exact se worry! I wore it with a new dress that hadn't been washed and the colour transfer was bad 🤦🏻♀️ luckily I managed to wipe it off! I still love the colour though ❤️

Thanks for sharing your beautiful bag. I would like to own one too as I am drawn to how simple it is. A few years ago I wanted a Lindy 26 but I find it too casual now. Bolide seems to be a perfect casual everyday and ladylike bag.
Thanks for watching! I love the design of this bag too, but the lindy 26 is also a great, casual everyday bag (and I am sure it will fit more than the bolide). I guess it comes down to individual style and tastes :)
What does the authentication card that comes with it look like?
It's a card and booklet, and comes in a small envelope. I'm sure the sales associates in store would also be happy to confirm if it applies to all bags from dior :)

Thanks for sharing. It's only 13mm wide. Is that versatile? I worry it's too thin to mix with some clothes.
@TrangLe-qo2wk thanks for watching! I use these belts with my work trousers or for belting my sun dresses. They are good if you want something more subtle and delicate, and useful to accent the waist. The 24mm is just too thick for me. If you would like something that is more versatile I would suggest the kelly belt or a 20mm wide belt like the valentino. They would likely suit more occasions
@@Thehiddenluxer thanks for sharing. It really helps. The 13mm belt is a little bit thin and delicate, could the belt holes stretch to the point of being unusable? How has it held up after months of use?
@TrangLe-qo2wk not in my experience! I've swapped the buckles in and out on some straps several times, but so far so good!

is it the lighting or is the leather shiny or shimmery? I noticed that about this brand.
It's the way the leather is finished, I believe - it's a box-calf style leather, so the grain is very fine and is therefore more reflective / shiny and smooth to the touch.
for the shoulder bag setup you can actually slip the excess of the strap underneath the bag, there's a "sleeve" for the strap to go through
Thank you!! I did try that, but the sleeve was a bit tight so I gave up in the end. Glad to know it worked for you, it's a nice style to use as a short shoulder bag
