DronePsyche NYC Sunday Sunrise Live Promo
I’ve missed so many sunrise drone session 😩. Most of my summer flights have been in between family time. It was great hanging out with you a few weeks ago. Cool vid bro 👍👍
Always fun times when we fly together bro!
Oh no Mr. Bill !!
🤣🤣. That’s a good idea for a future thumbnail!
@@DronePsyche 😁
It happens 💥
It most certainly does!!
Smooth operator but a little rough on the landing. 😂 Hopefully not much damage. ✌🏼🦅🇺🇸
Some but repairable!
I fly alone most of the time man. Always good to catch up with a few people though. Great flights mate, I gotta practice more with the fpv, it’s usually a couple of months between flights for me with the fpv so it takes a few packs to get back into the swing of things. Cheers mate😀👍
Totally agree camera drones are fine to fly alone I think, fpv you definitely want other people around ! Keep on flying mate , amazing flight footage that! Liked and subscribed to you! 👏👌👍
Flying alone is all I've ever known until I got my Skydroid. I know you turn your nose up at Analog these days but I get it, why I never wanted to try it! 😂
Digiview and the DJI fly app is analogous to Skydroid
You did a great job expressing what many of us probably feel. I know there are a myriad of reasons why this happens just as you've mentioned. Sometimes people leave or leave the hobby, pass away or whatever, but this does happen. As I get older, I find that I am not as comfortable flying alone because the world is not a safe place anymore. You have to research safe places to fly, especially if you fly FPV drones. You are vulnerable when you have your eyes covered but perhaps you are lucky enough to live in a remote area. Most of us are not. Safety is #1 and if FPV is supposed to require a spotter, that is #2. Wish that rule would change! #3 It is always more fun to fly when you have someone to talk to or as you said, to assist if something happens. Thanks for sharing.
I just scratched the surface of the reasons why I prefer flying with others which was purely on a human/friendship level, but many of the things you mentioned also are solid reasons.
Iron sharpens iron, so i hear you. I fly alone still because i get in where i fit in, and that's spur of the moment. I'm sure more people will come around.
Good flight. A rodee is smart lol
Nice flying Charlie heck yeah bro. It’s always better flying with friends . But I don’t mind being alone sometimes.
I totally agree!
Great flight bro. Yeah I agree. Flying alone just isn't as fun but sometimes it is needed.
Agreed! Sometimes you just need to be alone!
nice one brotha! hekk you might consider comin on down to nc as well... me you n paulie can ripp it up somewhere wooooo!
Hell yeah!
Nice suitcase for your Gear! I am supposed to fly with a friend this Sunday. Most of the time I am alone because well there is no one nearby and I fly in my yard a lot! Lol! My friend bought some of my gear, but he is new and has done only a small amount of flying. I am still happy to fly with him though!!! Hey 9 packs are a good amount of flying! Lately I get tired after only like 2 or 3.
The suitcase! I got that idea from others I’ve flown with. It’s a great way to keep everything in one spot and less chance to leave something behind!
You had the chance to fly with a bunch of people a week ago(Beast of the East). Did you go?
Yes I went as a spectator on Sunday. Flying there with the caliber of those pilots is intimidating to me. Need more practice! Also many that came were not locals. It was a great event no doubt!
sweet flyin brother! ive always been alone flyin so i dont know what its like to have ppl to fly with lol!
Thanks brother. Much appreciated
I realy liked flying at work with Eric. thats the only times I wasnt alone. unless you count Ed's lives, they were great
The livestreams when taking turns with the whoops was always fun and funny!
Thanks brother! I certainly enjoyed them even when hunting in the weeds after a crash! ;-)
I know you miss Paulie. You 2 were great together. But on a positive note, you 2 will always be best friends. 🤝🏼 Nice ripping Charlie. 🦅🇺🇸
I find myself not flying as much when I am with other people. I tend to fly alone, but I do prefer being with a group of flyers. It is always a good time.
True but for me it’s more about hanging with others and exchanging knowledge while doing some flying that makes the whole experience fun.
I always get a kick out of your intro. 😂
We're all here with you, brother! You're looking smooth there! Depends, flying with friends is the bestest! But a lot of times, I enjoy just heading to the beach solo. Just to clear my mind, and enjoy that flow state high!! Stay up Charlie, we'll be watching 👀 👊😎
Exactly. We’re always here for each other. 🤝🏼👊🏼🦅🇺🇸
@@GodBlessedAmerica absodamnlutely!! 🙌
Much appreciated Dan. Hope to have the opportunity to fly with everyone if possible
No!
I concur 🤣
Your not alone, we watching
Thanks Johnnie!
1st !!!!
Usually always! Lol
excellency
Thank you 🙏
@@DronePsyche 🙏🙏🍹
Nice bro! You needed to be there 20 minutes earlier. 😊👍👊✌
That’s the NYC challenge. 20 min earlier and there were 200 people and baseball games 😐
@@DronePsyche Lol! forgot about that!
As many of these "tests" that I've seen, I can't understand why no one finds the limit. They go out and with plenty of battery and signal, they just turn around and run home. That's not a test. Inconclusive!
It's not inconclusive. I did what you said in another video. I lost signal earlier before battery gave warning. Also I'm demonstrating stronger signals at same distances. Always a backseat driver in the comments.
Love the title! Nice timing Chawlie, crash right before the sunrise! ;-)
I planned that of course
I planned that of course.
💯
crisp and clean!
Thanks John!!
@@DronePsyche Sincere appreciation for how many packs it takes to get that smooth and precise. They say the hardest thing to do is make something difficult look easy and you make it look easy.
I appreciate the kind comments. Ironically, I've flown the least ever these last 6 months. The loss of local FPV pilots to fly with has dwindled my desire to fly. For me, the hobby is not only about about flying, but also flying with others. Between that, the crackdown of drones in NYC and the looming Federal DJI ban, I can see myself walking away from the hobby in the near future.
@@DronePsyche I unfortunately haven't been able to fly with others much. I never could convince my family or friends to get involved in the hobby and work made it really difficult to "plan" things with other people. I feel for you guys. You're at the place I was at in 2017 when the head of Transport Canada (Marc Garneau) wrote the rediculous new Canadian drones rules on the back of a napkin. The first set of rules if taken literally left absolutely nowhere in Canada to legally fly. I hope clearer heads prevail and the hobby doesn't continue in the current direction. I fear that this ban and subsequent harsher rules will spread worldwide and kill the hobby.
Nice rip with a thumbs up👍
Howie Doin!! Thanks!
😂 that landing though!
🤣🤣🤣
Thanks Brother!
Oasis! 🤘 Nice tricksy rip!
Long term stay now 😂
👍👍
Hahaha
TH😂T W😅S A GREAT DAY!!!
