Hi, i bought this machine recently and one scoop hardly makes any candy floss, how did you get it to make so much on one stick?

The reason you wasted 2:10 min of my life is because YOU'RE SUPPOSED TO LET IT HEAT UP FOR 10 minutes BEFORE you add the sugar.
Does having a wood stick work out better than having a plastic stick?
I’m guessing a wood stick would be better, not made it since I made the video ahah so don’t remember if I ever used a plastic stick

Your collecting floss from across the whole mouth of the machine. So yes hold it horizontal. Roll it to wind in the floss as it randomly collects around the machine mouth.
