Hello sure! the hotel was "classic hotel & spa" www.classichotelhanoi.com and the tours are easy to book. When you are walking down the street you will see tour offices and can book a tour for $50. They have other destinations you can take. I almost forgot the people at the hotel I stay at where very friendly and have airport drop off. I didn't use their hotel pick up but maybe they offer that if you make reservation in advance. I was in walking distance of west lake. The hotel is in a good location. :) I hope this helps.

For men's clothing they only had a few racks... maybe like 3. But you may find more in the big pile in the back. Hope this helps :)
