hey bro. I dont know how I'm watching this. Homeworld3 was definitely designed by imbeciles 6:42 - idiotic behavior of fighters, they look like 1-2 cm bees, but not as really interceptors. 8:52 - there is no sense of mass in them, no braking or acceleration time.

I've noticed how the Hiigaran fighter units have a low rate of fire projecting towards their target. As seen on this second match, these fighters with that many units could've easily destroyed the enemy corvettes just as it would have done so for HW1 and HW2. Fighters and corvette units were never underestimated. Now, it seems that these fighters have been watered down, and im hoping for a tweak patch to these fighters would solve the issue. I feel that they dropped the ball with the way capturing ships should be done. The resource controllers and collectors should be strictly used for resource gathering and that capture corvettes or frigates (like the Marine Frigate in HW2) should have been the ships used exclusively for capturing ships by attaching itself to a ship and deploying their assault troops and technicians to seize the ship out in space, not have to drag it back to the carrier. The capture corvette would detach once the troops are deployed and move into a defensive posture (armed with light weapons for defense, but has heavy armor) as the troops make their way through the ship which should be a Success or Failure within 2 mins based on the health level of the enemy ship. Nice gameplay vid, bro.

Nice gameplay, though I'm surprised there were so many enemies at just difficulty lvl 05 :0 But so far I like the new fleets. The corvette design is pretty. Capture corvettes are pretty strong and the micro is manageable but I agree that it would be it would be nice if there was a band-box selection command for capturing multiple frigates.
