Also on my scooter the wigwag paddle only goes one way. It has a separate switch for reversing the direction of the motor. If that makes a difference in calibrating

@@CriptasticHacker hey thanks! I have managed to get the scooter but sometimes it cuts out when driving. I turn it off and on again and it goes. When it cuts out it is displaying the same flash code as before. Do you think I haven't quite got the throttle pot calibrated right? At least it's going now after watching your videos

@@DanielFrame-id3gq it's very hard to calibrate it perfectly. I don't know for sure since I don't have your scooter, but mine does that when it gets a bad reading from the pot. Getting the same error code also leads me to believe that yes, it's the calibration. Hopefully you don't have a dead spot in the pot. My guess is you just need to tweak the calibration. Be prepared to spend an hour or two to get it right. Once you get it right, make sure to grab some readings with a multimeter (on ohms) for your records!

@@CriptasticHackerhave tested the swing of the pot with a multi meter and it had no dead spots. Will have to try tweak the calibration a bit more. Thanks for your reply and videos, very helpful!

just some good olde fashion hand-prying. Leave it out in the sun a bit if you need, it softens the rubber to pull it off more easily (my mechanics idea!)

I dont know for sure because the batteries were donated. But 7x cells @ 3.7V nominal, even at a low capacity of 1500mah would still be 38.85Wh. although I imagine the cells hold closer to 2000mah/each. and given the lipo OEM quality, I suspect the 44wh rating doesnt last long (they degraded quickly)
