Mosaic asked me over and over the same question send pictures information of the work..i did they sent same letter everytime your complaint is dismissed as i complained about the work ,contract, nee horizon etc. fast talker scammer josh meskel! All of new horizon!

They were Scam artists and the price was not cheap.! Mosaic finance company was aware of the horrible workmanship!

I hired them as well for siding partial, two new doors, gutters. The first day I caught New horizon installing vinyl siding over my old 40 plus year old insulation when my contract called for new insulation. Old insulation and siding for that matter were better quility than new and certainly installed corretly w/o gaps rough edeges etc. I came home to look at the siding I saw the imprint of my old shutter in the new siding? They had used my old siding as new! They Didn't do the soffit and I asked josh why.... The soffits were not broken so we're not fixing them! I said I paid for... He is a coward and doesn't know what he's doing. He insisted the boards that hold up my gutters were part ot attic. they were not. They were installed by a roofer. Corner post on my siding is hanging by a thread of silicone caulking. The wood is rotting out underneath. I informed the financing company all along of the shoddy workmanship as it happened And my local building inspector. They are being brought forth to arbitartion/guarantey fund. I'm a disabled woman in West Brookfield Massachusetts who lost every single thing I owned, furniture clothing etc for them to do this is just beyond comprehension. The bank Mosaic knew about it all along as well. Lies from day 1. I can't imagine what my home looks like underneath the shoddy siding they did! Thank you so much for bringing all of this to attention! It happens too often despite people looking up contractors! Google reviews I did not know could be fake and I'm pretty computer savvy! I even looked them up mass.gov web site! I appreciate you exposing them. I don't know how the owner couldn't look himself in the mirror! I saw josh and his wife n baby shopping at Walmart one day, thinking what a nice young family. If i only knew, the things they were buying were from deposits they have stolen from people, makes me sick! Physically makes me ill! Ty so much.

The same thing happened to me. Mosaic who i told of the horrible work by new horizon! I hired New horizon after a high pressure sales pitch for siding two porch doors and later gutters none of which was cheap! Mosaic probably got a letter from me every other week New horizon was on the job. Not the owner Josh second in charge Jeff came to my home insisting that I sign off on the job... Instead of calling the cops, I called Mosaic- I don't know why and told them I was signing the final payment under duress! Jeff would not leave my home. MOSAIC DID NOT CARE! I thought I did my homework as far as New horizon I couldn't find many bad marks against them. I was wrong! Now stuck with doors that don't fit siding that's ROTTED boards underneath it. doesn't work and gutters that barely function for $15+ grand. The doors are provia-luckily the company is coming out to check them out. Thank you for exposing this company and bank who should not be funding scam artists like this! New horizon lied from day 1. High pressure sales tactic on a disabled woman who had just lost everything in my home!!! These people should pay big time!!!!

They did a roof,gutter shields,and windows and now I am having problems,what do I do?

I didn't know about some of these tips. Thanks for sharing Ger. I hope to find someone soon that can work on my basement that is honest and trustworthy!

Poor woman. I hope she gets her money back! It's terrible how some contractors get away with this. There has to be a better way to hire a contractor that will actually stand by their word!
