The New Vespas may well be excellent Scooters to ride however their looks are not good , the Lambrettas are no better although their new 350 cc makes some effort but falls way short . I ride a TG 125 Royal Alloy that uses a Vespa engine . It’s based upon the Lambrettas 2 series and looks out of this world in its superb form , lines and maroon cream two tone . I get Vespa and Lambrettas need for designing modern looking Scooters there’s a market for them however there’s also a market for classic looking scooters with modern engines and tech Why Lambretta and Vespa do not make a range of truly classic Scooters not just a nod and wink looking like a wank I’ll never know ???????
