I signed up and paid for a whole year of the plus service which unfortunately is useless because the service is atrocious in the areas where we live. If you prepay (like I did) you CANNOT GET A REFUND! If you read all T's and C's it's there... but I did not realize that you had to use the 15 day trial to determine network coverage and once you activate - ZERO refunds. Bad, bad, business model. I had service 1-2 weeks and asked for an exception to their policy.... and was denied. Not even a partial refund was offered. I'm stuck. Learn from my mistake or avoid entirely.

i am trying to burn some videos to a dvd-r - they all burn to the dvd-r disk but, when done, the disk only plays on my laptop and not my dvd player...what am i doing wrong please ???

There's ppl saying they got they're sim hijacked and identity stolen because theyre visible accounts were hijacked....that's pretty scary to the point now I'm skeptical to even try it

I jus activate my e sim, I'm in FL and it's ok but of the 4 lines of signal it only shows 2 (Iphone 12)

older non-techie here. I'm so confused! I have the inverse situation? I have Claro with vowifi (no roaming) as primary and US Tello (no roaming) as secondary. Tello supposedly has vowifi but I can't get it to work. Tried every combination and still can't receive or make calls. Could you make another video perhaps?

US Mobile has better customer service and more options plus uw band is only $29

Terrible customer service, especially in the Koreatown area. Incompetent, uninformed. Sales staff. I moved to Boost. Got a free phone A-25 Android. The sales guy was very attentive, knowledgeable, and didn't try to upsale me. Will never recommend Metro since T-Mobile took over. It used to be the cheapest with great service. Not any more.

Works well for me in Europe. Had a problem in one of the countries, but my next visit there it already was ok, so apparently they fixed it.

No mention of Boost Infinite nor Heliun mobile which offer $25 and $20 “Unlimited Data” plans respectively on the T-Mobile network with taxes not included. A good start though.😊

I hate to say it, but I use boost mobile on T-Mobile‘s lines. I found out about this about a year ago. I thought it was AT&T originally because it wasn’t prioritized. It actually got faster speeds than T-Mobile postpaid. I’m only paying like $15-$18 a month For 30 gigs of data with hotspot sometimes I think about getting rid of it, but the alternatives are not much better

If I want to keep the eSIM profile on the phone can I remove the physical sim ? Does it stay and work on the phone without the SIM card ?

Moved from Verizon to Mint Mobile 6 months ago. I live in rural Illinois and saw my download speeds go from 40 Mbps on Verizon LTE and 50-100 on Verizon 5G to 100-600 Mbps on Mint Mobile 5G. For my use Mint Mobile is reliable and has a plan that gives me what I need for a very reasonable cost.

$35 Visible+ using more than 150GB of unlimited hotspot data per month. Using a Motorola one 5g UW phone that I got for $90 unlocked third party. I watched your video in 1080p with no buffering. The customer support is ok but has it's problems. If your service is out, you need to find a way to get to the facebook support page, even if you have to go to the library to get there on WiFi. Never had any trouble other than an actual outage.
