How much goldenseal root for yeast infections and how long should it be taken?

I think when they talk about plantain stimulating cellular repair, it's the weed, but they are showing pictures of fruit. It has allantoin just like aloe, comfrey, stinging nettle, uva ursi and others. "Lamb's quarter is here to help the elderly. It reduces bone density". Reducing bone density helps the elderly???

The purple flower in your video is catmint not catnip. Catnip has white flowers and has an entirely different appearance to catmint. I know this because I grow them both.

Evidently where I live here in Northern California it's an ideal environment for white horehound. It's always difficult to keep things growing because of the hot and dry climate I live in so when it showed up in a flower bed I just let it grow. This year it is everywhere but that's okay, at least I'm not staring at bare dirt.

This year I started my first herbal garden. Everything is good except for the lavender.
