4 years ago, 2020 I decided enough was enough and I wanted real lasting results. I lost 40lbs and kept it off for 4 years . I’m ready to reach my weight loss goal of 30 more lbs but this time around I’m taking you along the journey. You can lose weight and keep it off. You do not have to constantly be on a diet .     isnt counting calories and obsessing over food the problem tho? why not try intuitive eating and making peace with food? (vegan food ofc, anything else is animal abuse)

      I was vegetarian for 5 years and it wasn’t working for me I was still over eating. I think I have a hormonal issue .

    Dairy is for babies of the same species. how are you gonna eat no carbs and no sugar tho? im assuming you mean added sugar.

      I said no dairy because I’ve recently found out I’m lactose intolerant. That’s the main reason. But yeah low carbs hopefully will help me

    I am doing the AIP diet to help with my autoimmune disease. I'm 2 weeks in and it feels like 2 months lol it is working though ... it's hard but just remember your why 😊

    U can Try Alternate day fasting with Carnivore. works so good for me and online many ppl have best results. Or if u dont like fasting go Carnivore for 90 Days and u got it

    Listen, I’ve been on a strict carnivore diet for three months at the end of this month. I’ll be releasing a video showing my before and after I’m telling you, this will be worth it. I’m not gonna give away any of my weight loss goals here, but I promise you it’s significant and you will be proud of yourself.

      Absolutely but first you have to be in love with the process. You have to be strong mentally you have to be willing to get that mindset in order. You have to think about the future think about the goal think about the you that you want to be. See every individual challenge between that person that you want to be and who you are now and take it day by day. Every time you feel a struggle every time you think you’re gonna give in think about that person you want to be. Find your Why.

    Personally I will say I wouldn’t necessarily cut off sugars/carbs completely at least only natural sugars from fruit or veggies, and dairy the most I do is only fairlife milk with protein powder but again like you said it’s all genetics and what works for especially! I hope you reach your goals and I pray the best for you on this journey!!!!!

      Also highly recommend creatin and instead of rice do Cauliflower rice and season it as if it was rice lol I love yellow rice so I’ve been seasoning it as if it was that and that shit don’t even taste like cauliflower anymore lol!
