I hered that frozen 3 is happening so that's exciting so maybe the play line Elsa and Anna dolls will release then but that's a long time from now

Maybe their wanting to do a new face mold, Trying different hair types and testing different red hair shades and the fabric of her dress and getting her assccories put together just right for final production and released to everyone

Í think we'll get a play line Elsa and Anna dolls as soon as the LE 310 Dollar Colloctor dolls sell out. Then I think they'll be a few more LE Disney dolls and play like princess

I appreciate this video. If I get water in an eye, I’ll blow into it or use a hair dryer on cool to blow water out of the eye. The water actually will come out in the form of tears, as if the doll is crying. All of them look so beautiful. If you ever have a Maplelea with loose limbs, would you consider doing a restringing? I would imagine the technique used would be the same as used for an AG doll?

I'm really wishing for a playline Belle to be released! I also hope that there are still plans for AG to release Merida.

I'm dying for Merida!! 😭😭😭😭 I'm guessing she just got delayed, possibly due to development issues. I'm pretty sure she was supposed to come out in either the summer or September, but nothing. 🥺 Doll Studio By Kris was saying that playline Rapunzel was completely unexpected by the stores so maybe they rushed her out because they ran into production problems with Merida. He also said that there was no intention of releasing playline Frozen sisters anytime soon, but Rapunzel was unexpected so maybe AG will surprise us. I think there are still quite a few LE Frozen sisters left, which is surprising. I so hope they didn't scrap Merida, I would be completely heartbroken if they did. 😭😭 It would be super cute if they released her on New Year's Eve because that's a huge holiday in Scotland. 😄 I heard a rumor that playline Belle was on the horizon, so we'll see. It's very possible Snow White will come out when the movie is released, it would certainly make sense. Guess we'll just have to wait and see....

Sophia I am in New York state and retired but I have 50+ AG dolls that I started collecting during the Pandemic..... I love red haired dolls so I would wish for a Playline Frozen Princess....And I want a Playline Jasmine to be an India doll Oh, for Pete's sake give me a Meridia doll too

Don't feel bad for mispronouncing Merida. Merida is actually the surname of a few of my cousins. Folks down in Southeastern Kentucky pronounce the name as Merdy (like nerdy with an m). You can't do worse than that!

It’s so satisfying to restore used dolls. I usually tape cotton pads over their eyes to help keep the water out. I loved the idea of making Draco Malfoy out of Julie. 😂 I found my MapleLea doll Taryn at my local Value Village. WOW you did find Saila! Nice job fixing these girls up!

It seems that Léonie had a greater modification of her mold than Brianne or Jenna. So looking at my girls, I like better the new Léonie. 💖

Do you know how stupid that is burning an expensive doll, just take a hand full of money and burn it. Give the doll away to someone who will appreciate it. A doll is something to play with and to love. They are not political, they come in all different colors just like people. I thought Christian’s are susposed to love one another no matter what they look like. That’s what I learned in Sunday school.

Lovely video. I have the 2017-6 Saila and 2017-10 Leoni . I like the earlier Saila better. I definitely like the newer Leoni; I would never of bought the first Leoni.

My First Maplelea Doll was Saila. I was fortunate to get her for Christmas 2016. Have you gotten the Maplelea Catalogue because I’ve seen people get it? Just wondering if it has to do with the Canada Post Strike?

Having not grown up with them, I think they overall look much better now. Saila has always looked good, but up until recently she was the only one I had considered getting. Now looking at the pictures in the catalogue and website, there are a couple more that I am interested in.

Hi Sophia. I was looking forward to this video. I have the same Taryn as you from 2007-6! My girl has kind of amber eyes? They look like a warm brown but I can see how they could look a little red or may be turning red? She is very pale and I added a tiny bit of blush on her cheeks. 😊 I just got Saila and love her so much! This is the most MapleLea dolls I have ever seen in one video. I am just trying to get all of the named characters. I only have Taryn and Saila so far. I love your collection! Thanks for showing us so much about MapleLea Canadian Girl dolls! ❤🇨🇦

When I saw the rewiged Maplelea friend I though for a second you had gotten an Australian Girl there one of there dolls that look like that. Wasn’t there a Maplelea friend that had Sila’s mold? Sila is hard to find anywhere second or first I am not going to get her WAY too much of a responsibility. Morton’s fault she shouldn’t have made such a gorgeous doll no wonder she sells. out fast. I have a #4 American Girl she got silver eye so I got her eye replaced by American Girl. Same eye but didn’t realize I devalued her. Granted she is my very first American Girl so sentimental value puts her heads above anything but I kinda wish she wasn’t so rare.

These were great comparisons between all the different years and generations! From what I've researched, there are eight Maplelea face molds: Classic, Leonie, Saila, Charlsea, Friends 1, Asian, Black, and Friends 2. I love the Brianne in your collection--I think her face paint is really nice. New Leonie is such a cutie (she's on my wishlist). And I love your thrifted Saila's haircut! I would love to see a new mold that combined Leonie's eye shape with the classic nose/mouth/dimples.

They should have at least had the option of just buying Kirsten's outfit. It just feels really gross of AG to make this outfit they know lots of people want only available with a high mark up AND having a doll come with it.

I hardcore regret buying all the Omg Lol dolls I did. I also regret buying all the Na! Na! Surprise dolls I bought. Too much money was wasted on them. I ended up giving away and selling most of my doll collection of Barbies, RH, MH, and Bratz dolls. Now I prefer to collect Build A Bear Plushies and their clothes from now on.

I love anything to do with Kirstin. This collector doll is lovely but a little too pricy for me. I am enjoying seeing her unboxed and reviewed. I prefer the older pleasant company face for Kirstin but I am very glad they brought her back both in her meet outfit and her St Lucia outfit. If I didn’t have two Kirstin’s already I would definitely buy this one. The Barbie outfit is cute. I like the pink suit. I was hoping they would do fashions more in the times of the original classic Barbie like the recent doll release. I guess they are testing the market on different generations of Barbie lovers. I love it all but must stick to my doll budget. He he.

I am excited to see what additional outfits come out for Barbie. Hopefully from a Barbie I had when I was little. I am also excited for more Disney princess, especially Merida & Aurora!

I love the Kirsten Holiday doll, the price point is a little high. I thought the same thing with Business Barbie, I didn’t have her, so I am not so interested. It is very cute outfit & accessories.

I hope they release more of the old Kirsten outfits but the way they did the birthday outfit instead rather than with a whole doll. We did get this one because I wanted the St Lucia outfit but I'm bummed that we had to get a whole doll to get it. I won't do it again because two Kirsten's are enough.
