I like to Video interesting events and what is going on, in and around Torrevieja and also when I am taking a break back in the United Kingdom.
LA HOYA PART 12
Just a few Notes on the side Streets along
Jose Carreras.
If you are coming out of Av.de la Opera and you need to enter the CV-905, you will have to turn Right and double back from Roundabout 06.
If you are coming out of C/Ainhoa Arteta and you need to enter the CV-905, you will have to turn Right and double back from Roundabout 06.
If you are coming from Laguna Rosa direction and you need to enter C/Placido Domingo you will have to double back from the Roundabout on the CV-905.
If you are coming out of C/Otelo and you need to go towards the CV-905, you will have to turn Right and double back from Roundabout 07 at Laguna Rosa.
If you are coming from Laguna Rosa direction and need to enter C/Carmen, you will have to double back from the Roundabout on the CV-905.
If you are coming out of C/Aida and you need to enter the CV-905, you will have to turn right and double back from Laguna Rosa roundabout 07.
Do not make U turns on Pedestrian Crossings and do not Traverse the Central Reservations
I was going to inclued the opening of Jose Carreras. but no oppening on the 31st August and no oppening on the 4th Sep, so no point in waiting any longer.
PLEASE NOTE THE CHANGE OF C/Aida. IT IS ONE WAY ONLY.

This is another update of La Hoya. One thing to take note of, if you are driving from the Laguna Rosa direction, you will no longer be able to turn Left into Placido Domingo.

Just another quick update on and around La Hoya. I must have checked for spelling mistakes about 10 times and I still get things wrong. Frame 22 should say, Headquarters and Frame 26 I missed out 'be'. Can't be right all the time.

STORM WATER POND UPDATE

This Update is just to show you all, that the Pond now appears to be open to the public. It's a lovely spot for a walk and your pets will enjoy it I am sure. After the heavy rain on Tuesday 11th of June, the pond is now strewn with litter which I suppose has been washed in from the other side of the N-332.

This is a very short update as to what is going on around the Jose Carreras area. If you are coming from the La Siesta direction along the CV-905 and you want to visit La Mata. At the Q8/Hiperber roundaout, take the third exit as if you were going along Jose Carreras. Turn right into Q8 carpark, with care, follow the arrows and then turn right into Opera Street. Hello evryone, Just another quick update to show how the infrastructure is progressing On La Hoya. The workforce are doing a great job. Even at this moment I can see local roads are being closed off. I think Jose Carreras will be totally close, and a diversion will be put in place.

At long last the much awaited Park in La Siesta is ready, and you will be able to enjoy this new exciting project. The Pump Track, I am sure this will be used a lot by the young and not so young. Apologies for my shadow getting in the way, follows me wherever I go. Let's hope the Park is well looked after by everyone. Dog owners will have a great time with there Pets.

fantastic update as usual - quick question "is it now possible to walk straight across to San Luis through what was the reservation or does the road or footpath not go the full way over yet and probably blocked off from access but you can always hop a fence 😁" It would be nice to be able to walk over to the new park (obviously not open to cars but walking ??)
Hiya Robbie, Thank you. No footpath direct to San Luis yet. But as everyone else does, just hop over a fence.

Very informative, Can traffic gets access to N332 from Laguna Rosa, I Will walk along next week when out in Altos de Limonar 😊 if access is permitted
Hello to you, No direct access to the N-332 from Laguna Rosa. But as you will see from the new road signs near Laguna Rosa, access to and from the N-332 are going to change, I am sure.

Hello to you No dropped curbs now. Fase 9 have a long parking slot outfront. Fase 8 have parking slots opposite the council park, in Jose Carreras. Thank you. Rod
Thanks for the update. Will the existing houses not have a dropped curb where the large gates are? What will you do for parking, can they not park outside their houses now?

Rod thank you very much for all the updates - they are really helpful for those who live and have property in the area. I would love to buy you lunch some day and sit down and understand the extent of the project. My guess is that it seems to be done very tastefully and will really add to the area as it progresses.

Will Resident of Altos de Limonar and Torreta and surrounding areas get a Footbridge, How many Commercial units are in development
No Commercial developments at this time. The Footbridge is a long way off.
Nice video, keep me updated is there any Plans for a Footbridge from Altos de Limonar to new Shopping complex.
