@@jakesmallwood7411 pickled jalapeños tend to be way less spicy than fresh. But everyone has their own Heat preferences! If you want to try it not spicy… try leftover onions,carrots, bell peppers, banana peppers, etc! In vinegar with a few black peppercorns and garlic!

Before. Els you have to guess with the amount you end up with in the end. Cooking you do with water it has nothing to add but weight. So if you are asking for calories or salt. The values are based on the dry ingredients.
Bobby’s on a macronutrient diet, so I’m trying to be as precise as possible, while still keeping his meals interesting! His diet is basically mostly concerned with carb, protein and fat ratios…. Hey! Thank you for watching and commenting by the way!

It's because plastic doesn't retain heat like glass or ceramic. The hot plastic tupperware cools down quicker then a hot glass so the water droplets on the tupperwear don't have enough time to dissipate.

Do you eat the casing or not?
After smoked and /or thoroughly cooked… YES!!!
We always smoke ours… it gives it a nice color and also brings out the spicy flavor! However, they can be cooked in the oven. I’ve even met a lot of people who boil their boudin (just to cook the casings), personally… I do not care for the texture of the boiled casings…ours is always nice and crispy!
The cheese pulls on those cheese sticks were insane !

Why his eyes red?
He has a condition called ectropion, it’s a common condition that causes the lower eyelid to “sag”. His is not so severe for surgery, but we keep a close eye on him, and he has eye drops as needed. It’s a genetic defect. We love our Groot, and he as well as his condition is closely monitored!
We had a DNA test on him after adoption, his mom’s side is 100% Great Pyrenees… his father’s side had a lot of stuff, including bull dog and Rottweiler.. both are prone to having ectropion… we and our vet do keep a close eye on it as he grows. ( no face out the truck window, obviously.)

@@CookingMcGeeStyle I’ve tried to regrow lettuce but it’s not as successful. If it has roots like this you can throw them in water. Most will produce seeds to grow new plants
And follow cottage industry rules, which means no meat and no dairy products. Good luck. Oh and no animals in the house. There are food and safety laws.

A complete dental cleaning at our Texas City clinic, for a 120 lb dog. Is estimated at ~ $951… with bloodwork… ugh… keep on brushing!

Since the chicken was already done, can you do the dumplings first & then add chicken? Seems like the chicken was lost in all the broth?
Yes you can… just be sure to reserve your broth to help with the dumplings flavor! Also I like a stringy chicken, that’s why I do it this way.

I know roux is for gumbo, but ive heard about it for other recipes. is it alway the same or are there different types of roux?
No… it’s different for a lot of things, like white gravy vs brown gravy… etc.. there’s a light roux , a dark roux… and several more I can’t think of right now… but I’ll do some more research and thinking 🤔 . I’ll post a video on it just for you!!!
