Honestly upgrading an anti cheat is going to be hard. People have all type of modding programs that are used for other games where it is ok to mod. Theres going to be people who dont use modds for call of duty, but will use it for gta. The anti cheat is just something for you to look at. It does not really work most of the time. Activision cannot access certain stuff on your pc even tho you signed a contract. At some point its a privacy situation. The anti cheat is really just some bs lol. the reallity , mostly 60/70% of cheaters can be remove without the famous ant cheat software from activision :) the secret , like old times just let their own dev , moderator , team hunt the cheaters ricochet anti software its a just a " placebo" effect from marketing to tell player "us" ( activision ) 're hunting cheaters but in fact , they' do nothing for the money income with those cheaters . its an online game , so even cheaters can mess up with the client side , actvision can get all the requirment on the server side and take all action to check any behavior .

But can a Kernal level anti-cheat detect hardware cheats like Cronus Zen with custom scripts? Because this is what 90% of cheaters are using.

My friends been cheating since ps3 though they didn't admit it to me till a few years ago we from Playstation at least on ps3 dayz it was like 1 every other game and if you had skillz you could keep up but now i could play a careful slow camping game and even get a kd in the green but be in last place cause you cant play. My buddy share played it to let me watch he just got up high with a sub machine gun and was not zooming in or nothing and getting people i couldn't even see so far away. Trash gamez are trash 🗑 😒

Yeah A kernal level anticheat is not the answer . Activision has no problem detecting cheaters. Their problem is keeping them banned which they just refuse to do because they get MTX off of many of these cheaters as long as they dont use unlock tool. A kernel level anticheat from Activision would be disasterous when you look at all of the security flaws they intentionally and unintentionally bake into their old games to force people to stop playing them. Imagine what they will do witht he highest level of security on your PC or console? No thank you. They just need a class action lawsuit brought against them for falsely advertising their current anticheat efforts and that's it. if you havent pre ordered BO6 yet, don't . Don't purchase it when it comes out. Use cheats in warzone and VPNs and when you are in VPN lobbies make sure you are typing in game chat that you VPN'd into the lobby and any streamer in the lobby has likely VPN'd as well. Some will be stupid enough to have chat messages on and their child audience or mentally child like audience will be forced to come to the realization many many people are cheating and the game does not play the way you see it on most streams. When the regular player base starts doing this Activision will react. We seen them do it over and over they have exposed the formula to get them to change. When Xdefiant threatened them with Hype , they made changes. When COD Mods threaten them with hype , they made changes. Call of duty lives on hype, when you can out hype them it forces activision to fix the game. Everyone needs to cheat and everyone needs to stream snipe streamers while you're cheating. People did this in early verdansk and we got ricochet. When you threaten them with hype and bad press Activision makes changes. This is also why the devs went out of their way to address Warzone agent while there's people still running around with spoofers and hacks. Warzone agent made it too easy to stream snipe streamers and mess with the false advertising. get cheats, don't buy MTX, hunt streamers. They will fix the game quick.

Well they got around Vanguard 2.0 with DMA BOTS now. Soooooo. There's no cheaters left at least though right? Just muppets running 5 stacks of bots instead. Only a very few real people still play Valorant since the community purge recently. Just que up for a match and type in the character selection screen text chat "Any Humans?" And see the replies (if any) you get now. You'll see for yourself.

I don't typically do low level kernel development, but I have worked for very large tech companies. I'm not expressing my opinion for our against, but I have certainly witnessed politics inside these companies promoting less skilled individuals, sometimes fully inept, because of the color of their skin or the gender they claim to be. Microsoft is one of the many large tech companies doing this today. Redhat was in the news not to long ago over the same thing. This is why they're unable to prevent cheating - because the developers don't know how.

Offenders must pay fines, repeat offenders fined, and serve jail or prison time. I hate big brother, but we have no other option with how cheating is out of control. You will need to supply ID and proof of address, etc, to use the internet and to game online. It's come to this.
