thank you very much for this information. Operations (deployment, cloud, security, monitoring, error management, incident management) is very interesting for me but I will have to get lucky and get into this field the hard way because I studied something else than computer science. I managed to get some skills in python, networking and data analytics.. Do you have any additional short term tips for people trying to get into this field in the long run? Do you think the road to operations is very streamlined without a lot of opportunity for people trying to make a career change?
