Various events attended by the Maidstone Wagoners Vespa Club. Unfortunately the exact locations aren't known as the original cine films weren't all labelled. This video contains footage from several events from approximately 1963 to 1965.

It's the early sixties and the Wagoners Vespa Club are taking part in the annual Maidstone carnival. There's something not quite right about the commentator though. A European Vespa rally parade in around 1962. The venue and even the country is unknown. If you have any idea please put it in the comments.
