After combing through numerous clips on brownies, I managed to simplified the recipe and steps to make delicious brownies.
A. Ingredients
1. 200g Dark compound chocolate (Colatta brand preferred)
2. 115g Butter
3. 110g granulated white sugar
4. 110g brown sugar
5. 3 medium eggs
6. 1 Tsp vanilla essence
7. 1/4 Tsp salt
8. 62g (1/2cup) All-Purpose Flour
9. 22g (1/4 cup) Chocolate powder
B. Direction
1. Melt the compound chocolate and butter in a water bath,
2. Beat the eggs with sugar, one egg at a time,
3. Add the vanilla essence and salt,
4. Combine the chocolate mixture and egg-sugar mixture,
5. Add the flour, chocolate powder and salt using a sieve and fold using a spatula,
6. Preheat oven (Top&bottom heating) to 180°C( 360°F) and bake for 30 mins. Use a toothpick to check if the batter is well baked.
