in my case the issue was in c > program files > solidwords i had an older folder for solidworks and the new installation was installing in a folder called solidwords (2) so you need it to intsall in the original folder delete the older one and rename the new one by removing the "(2)" you migh face problem since some stuf are opened in it so better do it in safe mode

What should I do if it's SolidWorks 2024? For me there's a SolidWorks Experience app which launches a browser version of the Experience, from which I can open the SolidWorks app, and when I do, it just says "Could not obtain the required license for SOLIDWORKS Connected. Check your roles assignments and try again". When I go to the C drive, there is no such folder as you show. Where should I go?

Thanks you for the video , it help me a lot. I made the mistake of installing SolidWorks 2022 and it worked for me, but I had to install SolidWorks 2020 no matter what. Thanks to this video I was able to uninstall 2022 and install 2020, but I got the VBA 7.1 error, which is a more advanced component of version 2022, but it is compatible with version 2020 (VBA 7.0), but you have to ignore the errors when installing VBA 7.1.

If you installed Autocad 2024 Cracked version this will come every time when System is powered on. Force uninstall all AutoCad202x and Solidworks 202x. Then install Solidworks 202x and then Install Autocad with serial number generator and Patch the License. then this problem will not come at all. if not This error will come always. You need to start the Solidworks Flexnet Server every time.

Hi I had already solidworks 2022, I had to update it to 2023 as I needed the updated version for my uni. I really messed up everything and later found your video. In your video the uninstallation was smooth, but in mine it was taking so long to increase the percentage. in between it shows this error. Internal error: The Windows Installer for this product component did not run as expected: UnRegServer_SimpoeEmptyExe.exe. contact technical support with two options either continue or cancel the installation. I choose continue and then this shows up: The Installation Manager encountered a fatal error. Check the log files and then contact Technical Support. When contacting Technical Support about installation issues, you will need to provide the installation log files available in this directory. Use the button below to save your logs as a zip file for sending to your support representative. Save Logs for Support... OK . after pressing okay it shows that solidworks plastic uninstall unsuccessful. there were some more products to resume the uninstallation. after clicking resume it shows the uninstallation process again but stuck in 2%/5% forever. can you please guide me to solve the issue. sorry for long text.
