.Please, I also need help. If you can help me with some information. I recently bought a navigation similar to yours. The difference is that mine connects to car CAN, not to comfort. And it doesn't have that plug between the cable from the radio and navigation. I bought it second hand and the person who sold it didn't give me that navigation module without a manual. Does it influence something? Can it be bought separately? I have an Audi A4B8, 2.0 TDI, 2009. The car was equipped with a Chlous radio, which I changed to a concert+ display. I specify that I have no navigation and no AUX plugs or AMI module. I didn't even activate the AUX function from the secret menu. After installation, I noticed that it only reads the comfort part. The navigation starts and stops when I remove the key, but it drains my battery. The radio starts, the stations are heard, I change them blindly, but it does not show me the stations or the other functions shown by the original display. When I let it show me those original functions, it connects, but it only shows me some lines. I tried all the codes, but I didn't succeed.... The rest works fine, what about navigation. Either the navigation is faulty or something additional is needed in the car. Thank you very much for understanding.

My car has MASK multimedia (small CCC) and now I cant use idrive scroller and the MENU bottom, has anyone the same problem and how to solve it ?

Hola. Tengo la misma pantalla. Pero me da un sonido monoural muy raro. Y el menú original bmw a veces me lo muestra a veces no. Alguna configuración para el la salida que va al AUX IN.? hiciste alguna conexión especial con cables.? Ojalá nos hicieras el favor de ayudarnos. Yo tengo un 120i M Sport 2017. El sonido se escucha espantoso. Nada que ver con mi sonido original ( y no es del premium). Gracias de antemano

Hi Mate! I see that we have the same device mounted in ours cars. Have you ever had problems with this device?My works perfectly from August till is ...hang on now:( When system is starting and Audi logo appear it can not go to the next step which is main manu. Its stuck on Audi logo loading:(shining but not go to further. Do you know how to restart system?What should I do to brings things alive... Please help me if you know how to cope with this issue.
