Hi Mark, listen if you ever wondered what happened to the pink saxophone, your brother has it back. It was hanging in my buddies jam room in Blackstone for many years. About 6years ago I put 2 and 2 together after watching the video Black Leather Pants and seeing Billie using it as a prop. Anyways my buddy was in the C Jammers Band with Andy and some how he ended up with it. I was pretty excited after making the discovery. And then he gives it to another former C Jammer member, boy was I pissed off. But as it turned out from what I understand it has since been returned to it's original owner, Andy. Ok well I feel a little better about it now after getting that off my chest. Lol.. I hope you read this.

Great interview with a music legend! I'm just getting into the Broken Teeth music currently, and as a huge fan of the Bon Scott fronted version of AC/DC, this has been a remarkable and extremely noteworthy discovery!! The music Jason is doing with Dan Lorenzo is also amazing, and as noted in the interview, with the 963 bands Jason McMaster is in, there is a whole lot of great music to discover and love!! Jason mentioning that he has even written some Country music was unexpected news, but if could pick up the slack for somebody like Sturgill Simpson (who doesn't seem to want to do it anymore) that would be incredible!!!! Bring it on, Jason!! Great interview!!

Hi. I was listening to this interview, and right around 16:50 into the interview, you asked Steve if he know who nominated them for the Iowa Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame. It was me. I got on the HOF website on December 27th, 2018 and filled out the form to nominate them. I still have the email back from the IRRHOF thanking me for my nomination. I was at the Induction Concert, wearing a LITTERER t shirt, and Tom actually walked up to me and asked me "Are ya ready for this?" I just smiled and replied "I've been waiting for this for a long time! Are YOU ready??!!" I did not say anything to him about the nomination. I do not know any of the guys personally, I am just a long time fan. I didn't know if they wanted to know who nominated them or not. But since the question was asked in the interview and discussed....I thought I would come forward and let you know. As a kid, I had a sugar packet from a Perkins with Steve Litterer's autograph on it hanging on my bedroom wall that my brother got for me when he ran into them at a Perkins restaurant after one of their shows. I saw them live a few times, bought their CD, and just always remained a fan of their music. It was soooooo awesome to see them play at the HOF concert! I hope like hell that they will play again very soon! I'll be there!

Luke tells the best stories and anecdotes with great detail and humor. I had the privilege of meeting him at a Guitar Center session along with Steve Morse and Sterling Ball for a Music Man promotion in Hollywood. For someone who has worked with some legends in the music industry Luke is one of the most down-to-earth, all-around great guys to meet. And regarding his initial take on the song Africa by David Paich, who, by the way, had never been to Africa when he wrote that song, I had the same reaction to that song on the Toto IV album. Was NOT a fan of that song whatsoever. I felt like it didn't belong with the rest of those great songs, like it stuck out like a sore thumb in comparison. But, I guess we were both wrong about how popular it would eventually become. Music is subjective and everyone has different taste.

Without knowing the guy personally, my impression of Steve Lukather through the years is that he is and always has been a very real and down-to-earth person. Then there are his incredible musical abilities...I'd love to have an hour with him - just to listen, learn and probably laugh a lot.

So freaking awesome!!! Rock on Steve!!
