Really disappointed with the changes they've made. Just one person allowed on splits families up and is not fair access :(

I'm about to book our tickets. My situation is I have two disabled children and I'm a single father. I emailed them asking how it would work but they just said Come on the day and explain to ticket sales what you need. Or bring someone else with you. They were not even clear if a disabled person is able to ride alone - in the carriage behind, for example. Never questioned at Alton Towers. Me, my kids and one of their friends managed to get though disabled entrance without being questioned once.
