Hopelessness Buries me like Darkness to Light. This was the most challenging session I’ve had yet. The rage was possessing. The hopelessness was overwhelming. It felt like I couldn’t do anything right which invites all the negative thoughts. But as Tom Hanks says in A League of Their Own ““It's supposed to be hard. If it wasn't hard, everyone would do it. The hard is what makes it great.” This is what I signed up for.
