Is there a different type of Dopamine Agonist recommended with Parkinson’s Plus?? My father who a certain type of Parkinson’s Plus - is having terrible reactions to Carbodopa/ Levidopa.. hallucinations, severe constipation- but without it lacks dopamine and not getting out of bed the same.. So needing something else as a Dopamine Agonist that doesn’t cause the horrific REM disturbed sleep issues and more.. Any recommendations are appreciated 🙏🏽

You did not list b6 toxicity in your video. It is one of the most common causes of SFN right now and doctors are never knowledgeable about it.

Hi there, Im now convinced my son has this. We have had every test and all clear no problems, 3 years of tests and doctors. I noticed today he is out of it when his pain hits- he can't converse with me. He speaks gibberish. I thought that was because of the pain but today it looked more like a seizure and he fell asleep afterwards. this happens every couple weeks.

Thank you for this comprehensive presentation.I have been a Doctor for 3 decades and this past year developed symptoms of fasciculations , cramps , weakness etc . I have seen 3 neurologists all suspect that I have ALS but the last Neurologist did what the others did not do . she put a tuning fork on my limbs and noted a loss of vibration sense in both feet, she still suspected ALS .However the penny dropped .and after exploring the differential diagnosis.I discovered I have other symptoms such cold paresis, intention tremor .fertility issues , bladder neck obstruction , Gynaecomastia etc . I am awaiting to have an extensive assessment in a specialist centre in The Netherlands and hope to get a clear answer.

Doctor i have a seronegative celiac disease. I was diagnosed with 3c Marsh atrophy in 2018. Last year i took another endoscopy and I still had a Marsh 3a atrophy ( i have been dking a ketogenic diet). Treatments are terrible, we need regenerative treatments for neuropathy like IVIG, no more of these bandaids, no thank you I’m getting IVIG, I’ll advocate for change to how treat neuropathy, we can’t keep doing the same thing over and over again, it’s insanity

The video was informative but it was hard to hear at times. It had an eco and it kept cutting out unfortunately.

I have watched several of these videos and it's interesting that they say sudden movements can cause muscle spasms. I notice upon waking up from sleep in the morning I sometimes move my leg suddenly and it almost seems as though I hyper-extend it and that sets off a severe painful muscle spasm. Now I try to be conscious of how I move my legs in the morning when first waking up and try to move them slowly if I can catch it before it happens. I have also had myoclonus a few years ago whenever I started falling asleep which started before the muscle spasms, and sleep studies found that I had central sleep apnea and Biot's respiration. I could not tolerate CPAP and it actually made it worse. This seems to support the theory that muscles fight against each other in this condition. My treating professionals at the time never considered this diagnosis. I was put on low flow oxygen at night and that did resolve the respiratory part. I also am hyper-reflexive. One year I fell 7 or 8 times and it was like a tree falling as they describe. I never knew why. My legs just stopped responding and I fell forward without being able to brace myself. I have had alot of stiffness which affects my back and hip area, and often have to twist from side to side with my knees bent first in order to get out of bed. Nobody put 2 and 2 together but this might very well be what the underlying condition is.

I was having vibration in my larynx. A trial of 5 mg of Valium has eradicated my contractions, my hunchback, my pain in my foot and arm that felt like they were going through a meat griner. Investigations can now begin, and I can share the results with you if it would help you. I have the P.E.R.M. diagnosis that began with an anoxic event and had been given the diagnosis of anoxic encephalopathy requiring intubation. I had 2 children as a disabled person. My body is riddled with deformities so my condition is end-stage but maybe I can be useful diagnosing other people inflicted with this crippling syndrome.

N o t e Dr Chen in 2005 when I was taking off of that stellazine tranquilizer since I have been on dialysis I have had numbness sometimes and cramps in my hand I had experienced leg cramps too but that was because they had pulled too much fluid off of me doing dialysis but a day or two before I had a fiscular surgery because of a blood clotting three of my fingers on my right hand had locked and was painful and I couldn't move it it was my in my fingers I haven't been having the leg cramps because the tranquilizer they put me on and causally cramps but I but the the first time I was on dialysis they pulled too much fluid off of me and I had leg cramps so they don't pull as much fluid off of me and they took me off of the high blood pressure pill but I have had the Locking of my three fingers on my left hand sometime and maybe sometime on my right hand it doesn't happen frequently it's very rare I don't know what causes it I had mentioned it too my kidney doctor and I had mentioned it to my medical doctor but when it first occurred with the Locking on my fingers of being sore where I couldn't move them the three fingers I was taking off all high potency vitamins were minerals for a number of years and since I've been on dialysis or when I started dialysis they took me off all hypotenuse and vitamins with minerals but when I was first taking off the high pregnancy vitamins with minerals I was allowed to take go back to taking the high potency vitamins with minerals after a couple of years and then I pretty soon had kidney problems which I have right now have a blessed Merry Christmas and a blessed happy New Year may God bless you and those your help a p e a c e Jesus Christ be with you
