i took creatine a while ago and got terrible cramps but im not 100% certain the creatine was what caused that because im back on it for about 2 weeks but definitely could tell within my workouts and what i looked like. i love it!

these protein cookies were absolutely delicious! 😋 INSTRUCTIONS 1. Preheat oven to 350°F. 2. Into a large mixing bowl, combine 1 cups oats, 1 scoop protein powder, 1 tsp baking powder, ¼ tsp salt. Mix well. 3. Next, add in 2 tbsp of melted butter, 1 eggs, 1 tsp vanilla, and a handful of chocolate chips. Mix the dough well. 4. Roll into 5-6 equal-sized balls, wet your hands, and press flat on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes. ENJOY!
