Charlie Steinberg was somewhat of a mentor to me even though he never took on that role. I just respected his experience and his vision and listened to his advice, which he offered freely if he liked you. Charlie introduced me to the great engineer and industry storyteller and super nice man, Lowell Moulton, who I miss greatly. Charlie once returned my phone call from a private jet over the Atlantic Ocean on his way to South Africa. For that moment, I really felt I was on my way to the big time. I was wrong but he made me feel that way by his ability to respect others, even a small fry like me. Charlie Steinberg was one of a kind. Thank you. RIP, Charlie.

This game was so much extra fun to watch with the AR animations. Everything was so precise and accurate, especially to be over a live broadcast.💯

I grew up with Jeff as we lived in the same neighborhood as tweens. He truly was one of the nicest guys I knew. I remember in Jr. High he was part of the AV Dept. and you could see how much he really loved it. He definitely excelled. Anyone who knew him knew he'd end up with a career such as this. We lost touch as we grew up. It makes me so happy to see he did so well and is doing what he truly loves. Way to go & congratulations, Jeff!!

I’m a Met fan but always like the Cardinals and McCarver. He and Steve Zabriski and Ralph Kiner were a joy to watch as the Mets broadcasters. Had been watching baseball since 1967 and thought I knew most baseball facts but Tim opened up a new way of understanding the game for me. Now the Mets have a superior broadcast team of Gary, Keith and Ron but as good as they are I still miss McCarver. Rip Tim I have a feeling you’re up there catching Bob Gibson and the man upstairs is beside himself enjoying you and Bob!
